都挺好的，有下午茶和早餐，還免費升級了親子房，環境也不錯，還有地下停車場，衞生整體很乾凈，唯一的遺憾就是那個淋浴太高級，研究了半天，建議設定一個使用説明🤣🤣🤣🤣

這家店從衞生到服務都是五星，雖然衹呆了一天但是很開心，早上起的晚廚房的叔叔還留了兩份早餐還問我們夠不夠能不能吃飽，搞衞生的姐姐也很温暖早上來問需要什麼，下次來一定還選這裏👌

我想應該很少有遊客在南潯會住三天吧，我們之前一直想去巨人君瀾酒店，但房型一直都是不能免費取消，又怕臨時有事來不了，等我們真的踏上旅途時發現房價漲的不少，然後我們訂了綠樂園因為看到有個小童樂園還有陽台，又無意間發現小童樂園居然額外收費，想想400+的價格那就不划算了，最終我們在高鐵訂了臨行前我收藏的這家民宿，説實話因為很少住民宿所以我們當時衹訂了一天還是最便宜的房型，還是對對面的巨人抱有幻想，當天舟車勞頓孩子到了就很不舒服一直病到晚上才喝了點粥，當時我是一點心情都沒有，店家特異又來找了我們一次説雙床拼一下帶孩子住着舒服些，特異帶我們先看看我們選擇換了一間，不得不説這個小榻榻米之後的三天真的太舒服了，辦公用餐舒服極了，小朋友可以自己坐着用餐高度很合適，因為帶孩子保潔大姐每次都要收拾我們很多外賣垃圾，還會多給水説熱讓孩子多喝水景區裏還貴，小朋友和大朋友身體雖然都不是很舒服，但這家酒店讓我們有了家的感覺，小朋友説喜歡這裏，每天在古鎮閑逛都説不想走，明天還來古鎮。經過這三天遊玩我們總結，這個酒店的位置太好了，很多古鎮內民宿都要拖着行李自己走，這裏到十字碼頭也衹幾分鐘，3塊錢的水上巴士太香了。古鎮北邊比南邊美很多還不是那麼商業街，南邊僅有小蓮莊，主幹道也跟全國各景點一樣。古鎮並不大，但小朋友每天都會主動説出去玩不想走，我們每天都像在家過週末一樣，上午玩一會兒中午熱的時候回酒店休息，晚上再去遛彎。因為小朋友看到一段南潯古鎮的視頻，她説：媽媽，我想去這。所以我們來了，也完成了我年少時的心願。

一年出去玩住的民宿酒店不知道有多少這是久違一個讓我恨不得多住好幾天的啊看完了老闆姐姐的所有評價和回覆真的超級細心和認真真的真的非常有品早看到評價有人説大廳很香老闆姐姐説是專門飛到澳門問的香氛本來訂的是普通大床可能去的比較晚主動給我們升了帶浴缸的房間本來也就以為多了個浴缸跟大落地窗拉開窗簾超級意外驚喜！有一個大露台露台邊上可以拍得到後面的古樓的晚上古樓會亮燈拍照很好看啊第二天起的太晚了想在這個小陽台拍照但是來不及還延遲到兩點多才退房一樓大廳是有免費的服裝可以換的種類很多！拍照很好看啊很出片訂的時候根本沒有注意到非常意外直接把外面粧造的錢包攬了性價比提升一個up還有一個特別爽的點啊停車場免費而且來南潯兩年去年也來住這是我過來訂過的南潯周邊不論觀景格調位置距離服務都是最好的了老闆姐姐很多事情都想得很周到很貼心人情味滿滿的希望生意爆好啊多開點去哪都想住老闆這樣的民宿

表揚：大廳環境不錯，室內是電動馬桶、電動淋浴頭，而且前台很熱情，特別是瘦瘦高高的小姐姐，還告訴我們附近遊船攻略
遇到的不滿：1.第一個房間要上廁所發現馬桶裏面黃黃的還有沒沖完的紙，果斷聯繫前台，前台給我換了一間房，還算不錯
2.第二個房間，窗簾會不定時開關（沒碰任何開關）因為我是一個人住，我總覺得**，害怕
3.晚上洗澡發現淋雨室架子上居然還有上個房客用的牙刷，瞬間噁心
4.洗完澡出來，外面全是水，水漫金山了，崩潰啊
總結：外部設定不錯，工作人員都很熱情，很舒服，但是房間衞生和設施真的需要好好檢查
