酒店房間基本都在竹林和茶園之間，因為淡季人比較少，很清靜，入住的獨棟別墅位置還不錯，進出可以叫酒店電瓶車接送，餐廳吃飽自己散步走走也很愜意。

服務：講真，服務態度真替都很差，並且不怎麼專業的，我覺得應該找專業公司培訓下服務態度及專業性。特別是餐廳、茶室，真的一點沒有酒店的專業性 哪怕民宿標準的服務都不夠。對了 還有山頂的那個咖啡館，態度也一言難盡。對接管家除外，管家響應很快。我本身是對態度沒要求的人，但這裏真的太差了 太不專業了。
環境：因為是過紀念日，提前説了讓幫忙佈置下房間，結果並沒有。

妙西這裏真的非常好玩，人少空氣清新，這次住在茶居，已經是酒店的最高點了。房間很大，大床也很大。酒店的服務非常好，管家小娟響應非常迅速，酒店的國風體驗也很用心，第一次解鎖了景泰藍的製作。
