酒店大堂很氣派，一進門就有禮賓指引辦理入住的位置，前台非常熱情，安排了非常不錯的房間。在入住期間碰到了些事情，大堂小楊很迅速地幫忙解決，顯示出非常強的專業性，耐心地聆聽我們的需求，使我們非常滿意。客房服務員也很禮貌熱心，整體入住體驗棒棒的，推薦來湖州遊玩或者商務人士選擇這家酒店。

我選了大床房，房間挺好的，有陽台。大大的窗户，空氣好。竟然有洗衣機，洗衣台盆。雖然沒用上。客服態度很好，有回家放鬆的感覺。衹比家裡少了油煙機和灶台，碗筷也沒有。（哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈）但是有送餐服務。外賣也方便。停車方便。環境安靜。交通也很方便。綠化舒服。

衞生一般，房間味道比較大。
環境不太好。
服務真心不怎麼樣，交了200按金。早餐廳工作人員態度有點差。
設施幾乎沒有，洗衣房了洗衣機啥都沒有。
快捷酒店當三星級。不靠譜。不知道這麼多好評怎麼來的。
