前台很熱情，登記入住時看見我們帶了孩子，直接又給了我們孩子用的洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋。晚上想加條被子，沒2分鐘就送來了。總體來説，服務很好。房間也很大，還有個陽台。退房時，還送了小禮品。

環境整體不錯，離南潯古鎮也比較近，我訂的是親子房，頂層連露台，推拉門和窗户比較多，但是有個門鎖壞了沒有及時檢修不能鎖，辛辛苦苦搬行李到三樓，又要換房，換了房隔了好幾棟另外一個三樓的親子房，窗台鎖也壞了一個 勉強能卡住，但工作人員卻不耐心地説沒有人會爬露台跳窗户，我們可是三個女生，至少門窗要鎖好吧，不然能安心睡覺？

定的親子套房，酒店環境不錯，離古鎮也很近，步行5分鐘就到了，停車也很方便，有專用停車場，服務人員也很熱情
問題：1、一次性拖鞋在屋裡（木地板）很容易滑倒，走路需要特別小心，晚上給服務枱打電話告知，服務枱的人員也很真誠接受，希望酒店能改進
2、我們住的百間樓的家庭套房，屋裡下水道反臭味，逛古鎮回到房間晚上八九點了，回到房間味道很難聞。打電話給前台，前台立馬協調説可以換房間，但晚上不想折騰了，服務員又送來了香，熏熏好一些，但是第二天上午出去回來一開門4還是一股味，還好，退房走了
