I often come to Nanxun to visit ~ I found out that a new Four Points by Sheraton opened in Nanxun. When I saw the opening, I immediately booked a room to experience it! The hotel is really nice!

The first time I brought my parents to Nanxun Ancient Town, I chose to stay here because it is very close to the south gate of the ancient town, and you can enjoy the river view while sitting in the room. There are rockery and small stone tables in the hotel yard, which are suitable for drinking tea and chatting when the weather is good.
The room is centrally air-conditioned. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, but the air conditioning hot air blew for a while, and the room became very comfortable.
In the morning, I entered the ancient town scenic area from the south gate. There were few people, and I could slowly enjoy the small bridges, flowing water and people.

The overall style of the homestay is great, and it is really amazing to go under the lights at night.
The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which was the cleanest of the three homestays booked for this trip. But the bathroom has no door. . . . The whole is separated by a curtain and the side is still empty.
The location of the homestay is really a bit biased. It is very inside Ciyun Road, and it is all in places that have not been developed in Wuzhen. The advantage is that it is quite quiet, there is no traffic and no lighting, and it is more suitable for people who like quiet. The downside is that it may be a bit inconvenient to go to the scenic spot.
Breakfast is quite satisfactory, after all, the price of the homestay is there.
Taken together, if you need to be quiet and need a good sleep, this place is perfect.

Very good hotel. It's not far from the other hotels. Basically all hotel located at the same street. Just 1km away from the wuzhen tourist attraction point. The owner is very helpful and kind. Since we are foreigners, we couldnt order the chuan chuan sticks and taxi, the owner helped us to place order. Place is super clean, hygienic and quiet. Suitable for relaxing and revitalizing oneself. Overall I am satisfied and highly recommend this place.

Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. My boyfriend and I both love this homestay. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Even though their rooms are near the road, but their windows are very insulated so the room is very quiet. The owners extra amount to help us whenever we need help or we ask a question they really take good care of us.
The towels are exceptionally clean when we are staying there.

GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

I have always heard that the Wilderness of Dale is very good. This time I took my mother and dog to Anji to play, because there are not many hotels that can bring dogs. I can see the Wilderness of Dale, so I decided without hesitation.
The housekeepers who received us were Shasha and Fang Wei, who provided excellent and considerate service. Build a group in advance to inform the surrounding attractions, and help turn on the air conditioner and floor heating in advance, so that the room will be warm when you arrive.
There are welcome fruits in the room, heart-warming red bean soup in the evening, and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The B&B is located in the town of Taohuayuan, like a paradise, you can stroll around for a long time in the town, and there are movie theaters and theaters that are showing at the same time.
My mom thought it was a great experience.

Shanghai arrived at the parking lot by car for more than three hours. Contact the housekeeper to drive the electric car to pick up the lights at night. It creates a sense of atmosphere at home. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, green everywhere. The room with its own swimming pool is very private. The family of three had a lot of fun. The service is also very good. I will come again if I have the chance. I just want to make a small suggestion. The swimming pool can be equipped with lights, otherwise it will be impossible to go into the water after dark.
