This hotel is an absolute disaster and I can't fathom how it has such high ratings. The service is not just lacking; it's nearly nonexistent. Here are the issues that made my stay unbearable: 1. The washrooms were filthy and had no place to hang clothes—disgusting. 2. Water pressure was a joke. 3. Forget about water in the morning; we had to wait for a tanker like it was the Stone Age. 4. Room service? Don't even count on it; our room was cleaned only once in six nights. 5. The intercom was mostly dead. 6. The staff couldn’t care less about guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against staying here—save your money and sanity.

Excellent hotel in Vijayawada. Front office staff very friendly and humble. Rooms are very spacious , nice ambiance. Break fast very good service given by Devaraj excellent.cleaning of rooms also very good. Parking very spacious I must visit again

Its one of the most disgusting hotels I ever lived in. The rooms are stinky, there is no view, windows do not open, corridors smell with cigarette and food. Bedsheets are not clean, nobody cares to clean the room daily, bathrooms are horrible, The only reason someone might stay here is for location. The restaurant downstairs has same breakfast everyday, and the place is not clean either.
