Rooms were not clean. Leakes in wash rooms. The bill is not provided by the hotel. Not so good varieties in breakfast.

Poor service, bed was not good and service was pathetic. Average food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels. Service was also not good.

Kinara grand is located in a nice, pleasant location in vanastalipuram, no pollution, less crowded, wide four lane roads. We felt excellent stay with delicious hygienic food. Very well maintained with spacious lounges in every floor, security cc s. Staff are good.

regret to inform you that the booking of rooms are not satisfactory. A room booked should be free of complaints. Present booked room lacked of following A) shower not working properly
B) room looks shabby
C) no response to room service even Though as 24 hour service
D) no reply to house keeping no also.

Rooms are good and toilets are hygienic and it is in main road. Only parking has to do outside the hotel and no compound found. Any vehicle break fail, it may come and hit directly vehicle. But remaining all good. No, thanks
