Booked the room and given a request that don't put any kind of room freshener since i am allergic and even after calling twice before my arrival they have given a room with air fresheners. Wifi account set up took 3 hours after multiple follow ups.

My mobile charger (cost rs 3400 ) was stolen inside the room during checkout. I asked the hotel reception twice but it was not a satisfactory reply. Bad experience in hotel abode hyderabad stay

The hotel was very bad. They did not have buckets for me to take a bath. They did not even have enough towels. The extra bed that i paid for was a very foul smelling dilapidated mattress without even a cot. Only after i protested, they gave me a cot. The sheets had stans on them, the room service was slow and staff was dismissive.

The stay was not good at all. First the delayed to give the keys for the room. He was adamant and non receptive not bothering my mother senior citizen had travel-led for long. In the room he gave, the ac was not working well, the tech. Came and cleaned but was not good enough and had to use the fan. The kettle was broken and would have caused great danger if we had not noticed.

Staff should be changed asap. Breakfast is terrible, room service is worst. You can't find this hotel easily in area.

The rooms were clean and decent however the issues were in the in room services which were delayed every time it was asked for
else the breakfast and overall ambience and cleanliness was good
