Excellent staff and hospitality especially in cafe. Breakfast was very delicious as was expecting. Nice staff. The menu of the breakfast was having almost all the necessary and essential items of breakfast. Hospitality of the service staff was also admirable.

The dining so nice and good food. The hospitality so good . Peni so good to receive me in the dining and her service was so good. The atmosphere of the hotel so excellent and view of the hotel is so grand . Here we can do function and wedding happily

Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Need to increase the sanitation part of the room. Otherwise good locality, nice staff and very good stay

On checking i asked for two rooms keys, but they said they give only one. I dont understand when its a card key why isnt it possible ? electric kettle was very old and so there was shot circuit. Anyhow they replaced. Hot water wasnt coming in bathroom. Had to bath with cold water. Later they repaired. I think all should have been done before checking in of guest.
