Very satisfied, a business trip, the hotel is in a good location, opposite a shopping mall, there are supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies on the right hand side. It's a decent boutique hotel in Hytec city, with tastefully done interiors! Rooms are very spacious and in good condition (as it looks newly furnished). But, the morning buffet breakfast wasn't upto mark. With very limited things on menu, the tea and coffee was pathetic! The rooms are big with a living room, but hotel has strange policies like visitors not allowed in room! When you are on a business trip, after a long day at work, you might wanna catchup with friends/family in that city in your room. So I found it a little unfriendly policy for business travellers. Also, the common room has a door connecting to another room (as shown in the pic) without NO latch/lock on my side. So, I was a bit uncomfortable on this bit and mostly kept my bedroom door locked. Overall, The hotel is quiet and staff is helpful, and is very close to many IT Parks like Tech Mahindra.

I had stayed last week for 5 days, accommodated by my company. It was my first stay in this hotel. Room was maintained very neat and clean way. I could easily compare the room colours, aesthetics, designs and room supplies with Novotel Hotels. Minerva has maintained very well. Employees were being hygienically present, showcasing good attitudes while assisting and serving me. I saw ***y interns (in white shirts) were also serving, they were with masks and complete service attire. Loved it, especially during this pandemic situation. It was the night curfew imposed in the city and I was facing few problems for that. However ***aged with few services in hotel. I had frequent requests for water in my room as Hyderabad now is terribly hot and the team was always punctual for this too.. Food taste is also good, although I didn't have any interaction with their Chef. Chicken Biryani was really good. I requested for late check-out and they agreed upon. Special thanks to the FO female member, BluFox Supervisor (Cant remember their names), they were very helpful all the times.
