Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

We cannot judge the Gala evening , it was announced and without explanation it was not organized . A problem that is not the property: the mosquitoes , think of the repulsives , the evening on the terrace and in the rooms that are not air-conditioned this season.

So very glad we chose to stay here on our travels between Marseille and Saint Tropez. Picked Hyeres at random and this hotel based on reviews. Beautiful property with easy convenient parking. We were greeted courteously and assisted professionally. Our room was top notch. More spacious than others we encountered and it was well furnished. We were lucky to get a very large (like huge-bigger than my living room at home) outdoor sitting area. It was awesome. We had breakfast delivered and sat outside for a wonderful start to our day. The ****** was a bonus. We played live blackjack with a very patient dealer. We let him know we were not experienced so he slowed the game at first as we we were the only players at the table. As more folks arrived the game sped up. Dinner was superb. The Chef is very talented and his sous chefs are very active. We has an excellent view of the kitchen and were entertained watching them work. The food was terrific. We had the flowered zucchini, salmon, and pasta with truffles. Highly recommend.

Hotel a little cheap in August (car high season), but very good climate, beautiful view of Hyeres, super good breakfast with salt (4 different types of cheese, jam, brown eggs, hard eggs, jumped vegetables, bacon, sauce) and sugar (case paste, Bio cookie, creams and pancakes, different types of bread, yachts, fresh fruit salad, cereals, quality fruit juice) nice and smile staff, small but very clean room. The modern bathroom with Italian shower and WC in the bathroom. Minibar with 2 bottles of water available at arrival. Tea boiler /cafe. The outdoor pool is small but heated, with trading around. Snacking at the restaurant on the terrace possible from 12h to 17h30, very valuable. Bar lounge open up to 23h. Free closed parking. 15min walk from bus 67 that leads to the turn. The hotel was in a room above the 2nd floor, accessible only by a small staircase.

Very good performance. Indoor swimming pool heated at 30°. Bathroom treatment at the aquatic center at 33°. A full breakfast with a stunning view of the sea, the near Giens Island, the airport. Sophie from the aquatic center with a very great gentleness, laughing with its singing accent. Good quality of litter (1 night)
