You can walk to attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's in about ten minutes. It offers a deep dive into the historical and cultural atmosphere of Macau's old town, with its blend of East and West. Highly recommended.

My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

I'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke, and being indoors with it makes me uncomfortable and dizzy. When I checked in, I tried to negotiate for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but they said none were available, so I had no choice but to take the room. When I entered, I was overwhelmed by the smell – the smoky odor was so strong, and I couldn't even open the windows to air it out! That's a huge negative. Later, after contacting Trip.com customer service and speaking with the front desk, they moved me to two non-smoking rooms. Their service attitude was very good, and I also enjoy ice water, so I asked the front desk to send some up, and they sent a generous amount. Very good, very nice!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a good night's rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese congee and Western pastries, all of which tasted great. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transport links and shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and family vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to this city and highly recommend it to everyone!

We loved our stay so much the first night that my child begged to stay another, so we extended our booking. This five-star hotel truly offers a fantastic experience, highly recommended! The Neptunian Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. It gets quite busy around lunchtime, but hotel guests get a 10% discount, which makes it excellent value for money. Getting to attractions is super convenient; there's a ** nearby that you can just walk to. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau, highly recommended!

The free mini-bar snacks and drinks were amazing! There were so many delicious treats, and we kept refilling them for the kids, and the staff remained incredibly enthusiastic. Even though it was Chinese New Year and very busy, we still got a room with a great view. I absolutely loved the Toy Story themed tote bag – my child adored it. This hotel truly excels in creating a positive and memorable experience, especially for children. The rooms are also spacious.

Had a fantastic stay! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful cleaning lady. She was responsible for our room (06928) for all four nights and was incredibly warm and friendly. Knowing we had two kids, she proactively gave us extra water bottles and tissues, just in case we ran out. Her dedication to her job was truly impressive; she would meticulously check each towel for stains before giving it to us. Even when I told her the bathroom didn't need cleaning, she'd spot dirty areas and kindly ask if we'd like her to clean them. I've never encountered such an exceptional cleaning staff member – so diligent and genuinely caring towards guests. I don't know her name, but she made our stay so much better. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, and on the second floor, there's a Yaohan department store and a food court, making it incredibly convenient. Even if we didn't go out, we could easily spend an entire day enjoying the hotel amenities with the kids.

I brought my mom to stay at The Parisian Macao. Although the room wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean with sparkling windows. In the afternoon, my mom suddenly experienced numbness and weakness in her hands. We contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly brought a wheelchair to our room, escorted us to a taxi, and took us to the emergency room. They even waived the wheelchair rental fee, which was a great help. Later, we had to change our plans and return to Shanghai earlier than expected. The hotel was very understanding and agreed to refund us for the following night's stay. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely choose to stay at The Parisian again in the future!

The location is super convenient, really close to Fisherman's Wharf and Sands Macao. The room was very clean and tidy, and there's a small kids' play area, which is great if you're traveling with children. A special shout-out to the restaurant – we had both breakfast and lunch there, and both were excellent. The concierge service at the entrance was also very good, always helping us call taxis.
