Had an incredibly rejuvenating trip to Macau staying at The Londoner Macao. The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. I have to give a special shout-out to Hayley and Michelle who assisted us. Hayley was incredibly attentive and thorough during check-in, and her gentle demeanor and beauty left a strong impression. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. The genuine and caring service from both staff members truly eased our travel fatigue and gave us a strong sense of belonging, making me feel so good about Macau 🇲🇴.
Overall, everything was impeccable. It's definitely worth returning to and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau!

RenyiMy kids absolutely loved this hotel! The lobby instantly caught their eye with its Disney-themed decor, and there was free popcorn to enjoy. Due to the holiday, check-in wasn't super quick, but the service was incredibly thorough. Our room was on a high floor, so you definitely need to pay attention to which elevator you're taking. The hotel's amenities are all-inclusive: a swimming pool, a paid water park, a paid indoor playground, an arcade, a shopping arcade, and a snack street – they have everything you could possibly want. We especially loved the Japanese brand Don Quijote; it was a shopping spree for both adults and kids, so much fun to browse!
If you want to go to The Venetian, you just walk out of the hotel lobby, cross the road, and you're at The Parisian Macao. You can also get to The Venetian and The Londoner from the hotel's second-floor walkway, which is incredibly convenient. Eating, exploring, and shopping – you can do it all in one place. Highly recommended! The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and airport every half hour, which is super convenient. I definitely recommend it.

The Tasty PalatePeople always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite.
We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas.
To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium.
The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority.
Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly.
Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas.
We will definitely be coming back!

The guest rooms are spacious and airy, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city center with excellent transport links; there are plenty of taxis, but be mindful of the pick-up spots. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, making travel very efficient, and there are beautiful views to enjoy during evening strolls nearby. Special thanks to the Trip.com concierge for their care. Although I couldn't get a high-floor room (I was hoping for something quieter), which was a bit of a shame, this will still be my first choice for my next stay!

Guest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

Booked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

xzj_kyoThis hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

Guest UserFolks, let me tell you, for being in the city center, this is a pretty charming, decent, almost retro hotel. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. Exchange offices are just 2 minutes away. If you see a more or less reasonable price around 500, it's better to book the hotel in advance if you need it for several days or a week, as the price changes daily from 500 to 900 closer to the weekends. Reading reviews of other hotels in the area that are cheaper, there have been cases of personal belongings and money being stolen from rooms. In any case, always be careful. It's better to overpay a hundred or two dollars for a few days than to lose half your cash and deal with the police. I'm sure it's safe here. For those who need it, there's a bathtub where you can relax. Overall, it's good, I like it here!!!🫶🧘🏻♂️💁♂️🍀

Guest UserOur stay at The Venetian Macao far exceeded expectations! A special thanks to Manager Sam Wong and Rosie from the Guest Relations team. Their service was meticulous and heartwarming. They not only arranged a private car transfer and prepared a generous welcome fruit basket in our room, but also surprised us with custom chocolates engraved with our child's name, and even gifted us a gondola ride experience. Every detail was a delightful surprise, and their communication was efficient and thoughtful, leaving us with wonderful memories of our family trip. The hotel environment was comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely choose The Venetian again on our next visit to Macao. Thanks again to both staff members for their genuine service! Our child and family were all incredibly happy.

XiaobudianerererererThis was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. I really care about service, and I went in with high expectations, but St. Regis truly lived up to its reputation as having the best service. The attention to detail in their service was astonishing and kept surprising me. Most of the staff were expatriates, and they were very prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs, and incredibly perceptive. The 6 PM evening ritual was quite grand. My husband and I were at the very back of the line, just hoping to grab a glass of champagne to try, and the front desk staff immediately brought one over to us. They were thoughtful, professional, enthusiastic, and gentle. Fruits and coffee were delivered whenever we wanted. The room was very clean and beautiful, and directly across from a mall where we could eat. If this hotel were in mainland China, I'd definitely want to stay here repeatedly.
