Hotels near Creu d＇en Ribes, Ibiza

Spa is seriously lacking considering this is a “luxury” resort. The offerings menu is limited. If you book a massage you will walk to the basement to check in, be asked to walk back up the stairs to the first floor to be massaged in a renovated hotel room. There are functioning hotel rooms next door so instead of serenity you hear the chaos of hotel life. My group booked 2 separate massages and were placed in a couples room without being asked if this was acceptable. We booked a plunge pool suite and were placed in a much smaller room with no pool and told it was an upgrade. There was no reimbursement, resort credit or apology. We were moved the following day into the proper room. We requested feather free rooms but had down pillows in both. Room service menu is severely lacking and delivery times are slow. I do like that you can order room service on your cell phone. TheTV’s do not connect to any streamers (Netflix, Hulu etc) so the only viewing options are Spanish television. Excessive security deposit (200 euro per night)

I've stayed here many times over the last 20 years as well as other hotels on the island. I have to say this is the best in ibiza. The resort is like a traditional complex, beautifully kept gardens with bougainvillea all around. The pools are to suit everyone from the kids splash area to the main pool. My favourite is the adults only set in a quiet spot for some needed tranquility! The staff are fabulous and it's great to see the same team after many years who work hard and always have a friendly welcome. The food was amazing with plenty of choice. The chef cooks ups some great a la carte style meals, so make sure you go to the grill bar before checking out all the other delights. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe upon entry and nothing is too much of a problem. 10/10 for the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom and lovely private balcony. The beauty of this complex is how its up in the hills amongst beautiful scenery, cala llenya beach is a jewel on the island as well as the hidden cove beaches dotted around. If you want to get lively there are around 3 buses a day that head to Santa Eulària and from here you can get to anywhere whilst sightseeing on the way. Electric bikes are a good idea to explore locally such as San Carlos and the nearby hippy market. Namaste on every Wednesday is a really hippy, fun night. My only negative is that I wish I had a longer stay as this part of the island really does what it says on the tin. Zen, zen zen!

To be clear, this is a review of the Pool area - not the hotel rooms. We have been gong to Destino Pacha for the day - once or twice a year - for many years and have always really enjoyed it. There has been a recent refit of the pool area and, as a part of this, the sunbeds are now smaller - and more of them packed in - so the area now feels intensively developed, and therefore less exclusive. Also (at least on the day we were there, a Tuesday) the music, - which used to start off quite laid back and with a great vibe earlier in the day; and then get progressively more intense & louder as the afternoon wore on - was played at a very high volume straight away; to the point where we could not speak to each other without almost shouting, it was very intrusive. The DJ is now positioned on a pedestal in the middle of the pool and she was clearly having a great time; but it all appeared to be more about her than the guests, if that makes sense. I would say the vibe they were aiming at was more like one of the beach clubs at San Antionio like ”O Beach”, rather than the sophiscated & refined atmosphere we have previously experienced at Destino Pacha. One of our party said it reminded him of Las Vegas. I appreciate this is all subjective opinion and if you like the idea of what I have described above then you will probably have a great time; the view is terrific and the pool itself nice; but after perhaps 15 visits over the last 10 years we will not be rushing back to Destino Pacha resort. We do feel that since Pacha group was sold back in (2017?) it has slowly become less special and more comercialised, which is a shame. For the record, 4 of us paid 900 Euros for (from memory, so I am not saying this is totally accurate) 4 bottles of rose, 1 coffee, water, 1 portion sushi & 1 portion tortilla chips/quacamole and a fruit smoothie. Prices have gone up quite a bit from last year. I mention this last because price is not our first consideration, rather the experience we have. On this occasion, not special.

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel was excellent , clean with friendly staff. The position was ideal right on the beach and yet close enough to walk into Ibiza town (15mins) If I have any criticism it would be the pool area is too small with not enough room for proper sun beds only deckchairs. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice too.

I stayed here with friends and we were not disappointed. The apartments are spacious as well as the balconies. Fantastic sea view from balconies and from around the pool. Hotel is around €15 euro in a taxi from the airport. Takes around 15 mins max to get to the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels refreshed. DJ around the pool in the daytime with loud music which was great for us. The bar staff around the pool don’t have a sense of urgency and work slowly, more often than not, queues at the bar. Quite frustrating. The hotel attracts a lot of groups who play quite loud music in their rooms. This was not an issue for us in normal hours however, at 4am onwards this is an issue. Some groups did not sleep and played music all night. This would be an issue for families however, it’s sold as a vibe/party hotel. Breakfast, poor for a 4 star. Not a vast selection, I’d say the bare minimum. I would come back to this hotel, wouldn’t be bothered for the breakfast, but everything else yes!

The hotel is probably in one of the best position of the island if your holiday goal is to go the most famous discos of Ibiza, since we only take a taxi to spend the evening at Pacha. To this, there are also other factors that make the choice of the hotel a good one. The aspect that I most appreciated is the kindness and the willingness of the staff member, in particular the woman who is charge of breakfast and the receptionist. Our room was small but functional, the only lack is probably that of a nightstand beside the bed. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, there’s also the possibility of going to the hotel pool if you’re not interested in swimming in the sea.

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant. During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters. Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long). At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow. 5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”. I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure. So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

Location is perfect! They provide a hair dryer, body+hair wash along with body lotion, the gym is small but the view is amazing, good sized sauna, but they only have one hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners were amazing! Would 100% recommend
