The hotel itself is nice. The staff are friendly and the food (breakfast) was generally good. We did have a lunch once but the youngest child’s pizza took over an hour to arrive, despite several enquiries to its whereabouts? The hotel I have scored a 3 which is more down to the business practice of the hotel. We arrived late on night 1 and thought we’d paid for a sea view room. Realising we hadn’t (our fault) I asked to upgrade, the hotel could accommodate this and wanted €50 per night. Fine and acceptable but considering we were there really late the first night a bit of flexibility on reducing the first night rate would have been a nice thing to do. At the end of the trip I was advised to call by reception on the last day to ask about a late check out. I was advised they could offer me until 2pm for free or €15 per hour for extra hours after 2pm. I wanted to vacate at 6pm. On the last day a different staff member told me that I can have the room for free until 2pm but if I wanted it longer id have to pay from 12pm?! Doesn’t seem right if they are willing to give it for free until 2pm and considering another staff member had advised differently! I was also told the sea view room was not available at all to extend. Fortunately we had 2 rooms so I paid the hotel another €90 to keep the none sea view room. In summary, nice hotel and would have rated it higher if they did not make me feel like there were just wanting to maximise the money they could take from me. 🙁

We stayed 2 different weekends in this hotel I can say it is expensive place, but you know where are you going… Room and cleaning: Hotel is very clean. First time we stayed in sea view suite and it was wonderful. The room is big, comfortable and well maintained. The shower is huge and 2 sinks make the stay comfortable. In room is absolutely everything, can’t complain about suite. Second time we took standard room, as we were planning to go at the pool party. The room is small, but clean and with balcony. What is really missing in the room- complimentary water, for this price it must be unlimited. Breakfast: I truly believe that breakfast is the best part of the hotel, including food quality and service. The quality and presentation of food so wonderful, as you feel really like in 5 star hotel. Special thanks to Carlos (waiter), he made our stay very memorable. Breakfast and service was one of the reason we back there. Lunch at the restaurant: food is great, service could be more faster. Pool service: absolutely wonderful team, snacks and drinks are really great, though little overpriced… Thanks to Sofia and all team Pool Music: if you go to Pacha, you go for music. First week of June, pool party and DJ were simply top, very very nice set and super professional DJs. The second stay, when season was opened, and famous DJs were invited, was really disappointed. The DJs thought being famous is enough… they were not try to get know even with system, noise was breaking every time and was quite annoying popular songs from radio or any low cost bar… Pacha club: wonderful, great and breathtaking! Absolutely 10 out 10 Reservation system: it was some problem to reserve the room for members, IT should check the issue. Thanks to reservation, he fixed it at first moment. I would like to say thanks to all team members who makes our stay memorable: Lupe (from guest service, so helpful, so welcoming, absolutely stunning lady), Carlos - from breakfast , Thomas who brought us to airport and other nice employee who met us there, Camilla, Sofia, reservation manager (do not remember name), Jose from front office team. I can name all. Team is really your strong point. I hope we can come back again!

The first time I came to Ibiza, I was very happy to book this hotel. The location of the hotel is 7 kilometers away from the airport and it is 1 kilometer away from the bus. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and there is a Yanhai Avenue on the left. Smoking, breakfast is rich, dinner is exquisite and delicious.

I stayed here with friends and we were not disappointed. The apartments are spacious as well as the balconies. Fantastic sea view from balconies and from around the pool. Hotel is around €15 euro in a taxi from the airport. Takes around 15 mins max to get to the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels refreshed. DJ around the pool in the daytime with loud music which was great for us. The bar staff around the pool don’t have a sense of urgency and work slowly, more often than not, queues at the bar. Quite frustrating. The hotel attracts a lot of groups who play quite loud music in their rooms. This was not an issue for us in normal hours however, at 4am onwards this is an issue. Some groups did not sleep and played music all night. This would be an issue for families however, it’s sold as a vibe/party hotel. Breakfast, poor for a 4 star. Not a vast selection, I’d say the bare minimum. I would come back to this hotel, wouldn’t be bothered for the breakfast, but everything else yes!

Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

This was our second trip to The Hotel Riomar in Ibiza this year and we were not disappointed. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Two things stand out , the hotel is in the best location in the resort, being right across the promenade from the beach with its own and free to hotel guests beach facilities, It means you can wander between the beautiful pool and the beach. The second feature of the Hotel Riomar are the brilliant staff. We have stayed at all the best hotels in the resort and none compare with the Staff at the Riomar. I would love to now the secret of recruiting and managing such a great team. It seems a bit unfair to single out individuals as everyone without exception was great however we did feel that Oscar (who sorted out our room so brilliantly) Diego and Nieves (spelling ?) who went well beyond the normal level of support and service, Thank you all for this. It is hard to find anything to criticise,. but the rooms are quite small but very well appointed, A small tip is that if you are looking for a lighter snack take a look at the kids menu, the toasted sandwiches are excellent and good value. We will be returning

Location is perfect! They provide a hair dryer, body+hair wash along with body lotion, the gym is small but the view is amazing, good sized sauna, but they only have one hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners were amazing! Would 100% recommend

The “deluxe” room was tiny and totally lacking in drawers for clothes etc ,there was a tiny wardrobe and no drawers at all ,so disappointed we paid 750 Euros ,this was a discounted price ,to upgrade into a suite which was lovely but no view looked directly onto the service area of another hotel ..As we were there for 10 days we needed the extra space wardrobes etc. They seem to cater for short stay visitors .The staff are all really friendly apart from some managers ,the food was good and direct access to the beach is good sometimes impossible to gat a sun bed around the pool ,so overall we enjoyed our stay but would not go back .

I've stayed here many times over the last 20 years as well as other hotels on the island. I have to say this is the best in ibiza. The resort is like a traditional complex, beautifully kept gardens with bougainvillea all around. The pools are to suit everyone from the kids splash area to the main pool. My favourite is the adults only set in a quiet spot for some needed tranquility! The staff are fabulous and it's great to see the same team after many years who work hard and always have a friendly welcome. The food was amazing with plenty of choice. The chef cooks ups some great a la carte style meals, so make sure you go to the grill bar before checking out all the other delights. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe upon entry and nothing is too much of a problem. 10/10 for the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom and lovely private balcony. The beauty of this complex is how its up in the hills amongst beautiful scenery, cala llenya beach is a jewel on the island as well as the hidden cove beaches dotted around. If you want to get lively there are around 3 buses a day that head to Santa Eulària and from here you can get to anywhere whilst sightseeing on the way. Electric bikes are a good idea to explore locally such as San Carlos and the nearby hippy market. Namaste on every Wednesday is a really hippy, fun night. My only negative is that I wish I had a longer stay as this part of the island really does what it says on the tin. Zen, zen zen!
