The service is excellent, as are the facilities. They also give you the possibility, the day you leave, to spend the whole day in the hotel and take a shower before leaving (they provide you with towels, shampoo...). The location is good, it is not the center of Ibiza but it is very close to Cala Gracioneta and Cala Saladeta, supermarkets and all kinds of services.

This hotel is in the perfect location, if you’re looking for a beach experience, it has its own private entrance to the beach, the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday thoroughly. Definitely encourage one to add the breakfast and dinner option to their bookings, as they have a large variety of dishes to pick from, buffet style, and they change the menu intermittently. Would definitely stay again

This aparthotel is in a great location. Beach on doorstep and 15 mins walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The shower is amazing with great pressure. If you’re a light sleeper in any way, don’t stay here as the walls are paper thin. You can hear the toilet flushing in the room above and furniture moving from rooms beside and above. There is also a large space under the room door so you can hear a whisper when people are passing by on the corridor.

Great location. Lovely and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The bathroom situation took a bit of getting used to...toilet is seperate from the shower. Staff were accommodating when they gave us a double room instead of a twin and they changed it immediately. Our only disappointment was the Rooftop pool area and bar, was advertised in the lifts as open but it wasn't after the first day we got there. There was no Indication, when we booked that this area was closing. Would definitely recommend this hotel though.

The location is next to a double-ring island, the neighborhood is rather ridiculous, the sea is not visible, and the bar area is also about 7 kilometers, but the hotels near the bar are like farmhouses. There are casinos on foot, and a marina business district, which is more advanced, but only Dior. The room is still very good, more style and design, I upgraded the penthouse suite at my own expense, only 2 on the top floor, the balcony is still very comfortable, although not as big as I expected!

This hotel is perfect. We came here as a couple post a few days of partying and staying at a different hotel. We had easy parking at the hotel, at no cost. There are two pool areas, one more exposed to the beach, the other tucked away and less exposed from wind. Pool service is easy, we LOVED their club sandwich. Cocktails are very generous and strong! The sun loungers are really comfy, we spent the entire day relaxing on them. Yes there is music playing by the pool but it’s by no means loud, and at 4pm there was a local singer who played relaxed live guitar for an hour - it created such a great vibe. There is a private boardwalk to the beach which is appealing. The rooms are beautiful & modern with a very comfortable bed. We also had a little patio where we enjoyed the last of the day’s sun. We ate the Italian restaurant at the sister hotel - the views were stunning up there. The breakfast spread is fantastic, fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats, an entire coffee menu and breakfast menu to order from plus complimentary bubbles and fresh juice. Hard to beat! I honestly have no complaints and would return in a heartbeat!

Attended the body by ciara retreat at the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful, couldn't do enough for us all. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choice Very modern Sun loungers so comfy and towels available for you to use at the beach and by the pool Outside bathroom and showers very modern and clean I will be back soon

Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of ​​Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

We visited here on the 8th-15th October, when we arrived there was a short queue to check in which was no problem at all. The receptionist was friendly but it did take a while to check us in, a very slow process. By the time we'd checked in it was about 2.45 and she said if we were quick we could still make lunch so we dropped our suitcases in the storage and went to the buffet. Lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, lots of choice. Unlimited drinks, food, snacks etc with the AI. Staff in the restaurant were very abrupt, it was like you were an inconvenience to them if you were standing where they needed to be. They didn't speak when clearing your plates either they just lent right across you. Then we went to find our room because we'd booked a suite we were in a different building which was just across the road, not even a 2 minute walk. Very safe and secure as you needed your key card to get into the building, found our rooms. Big, spacious rooms. I appreciate what people say about lack of storage space in the bedroom but there is another wardrobe in the living room with extra pillows etc. 2 sofas, a dining room table and a small kitchen. Our balcony had a pool and sea view which was nice. I know we went out of season and the hotel was closing soon but the entertainment was awful, they put on a week of halloween 'activities' which were all for kids, there wasn't any daytime activities for adults not even aqua gym or anything. The evening entertainment was just as bad kids mini disco starting at 9pm? and then some kind of act if you were lucky if not the 'cinema'. The one entertainment girl we did see was useless, she didn't speak, don't even think we saw her smile, no engagement with her guests at all. Luckily we don't go on holiday for the entertainment.
