Where do I start… don’t waste your money! the room was ok, only had an option of 2 alcoholic drinks vodka or beer! looking at the exterior of where the restaurant is it shouldn’t even be open as there’s parts of the roof that look like they could fall at any time, we witnessed HOT food being moved from the kitchen to the restaurant TWO HOURS before serving! The reception staff are rude after a two hour delay we were made to feel like checking in was a chore, the bar staff were even worse they wouldn’t communicate with you, several occasions they were running out stock or lying to you telling you they didn’t have it then serving someone else exactly the same drink! The “strangely” shaped pool let’s say the water looked cloudy green after 2 days of us being there which unfortunately massively affected our quiet afternoons next to the pool! I could carry on but I would say it’s safe to say I will not be returning to that hotel

I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel as reception staff are rude, the food is disgusting and cold ,the cleaning staff did not clean the rooms properly did the absolute minimum and stole money from my room. The pool bar area was filthy and stunk like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and as for the beer Which was like water and had sediment in my glass on a couple of occasions where the lines need cleaning. This could be a good hotel but has been let go with no maintenance getting done for a while by the looks of it.

After being 9 hours late no room ready had to walk 10 minutes up the road with my disabled partner only to find we had to climb 5 flights of stairs for a temporary accommodation worst food we have ever had the staff were not interested in helping us in any way ignorant and to top it all off last few days of holiday had a smart watch and wireless charger stolen from our room witch was reported immediately but nothing was done about it absolutely appalling experience of our lives
