This is now our third year at the Idas adult only hotel, the atmosphere is amazing and friendly, The food is of good standard, most staff are very helpful. We have found the surrounding area and shops very reasonably priced . The cafe Rose is beautiful and rustic well worth a visit. Ali the jeweller in the foyer of the hotel has a very professional but friendly approach to his business working magic into his pieces ( he beautifully reset my belated mum's ring) overall 9/10 all round can't wait to come back next year.... Already booked x

This was our first time in Turkey. First impressions of the hotel were good. Room was clean and air conditioning was brilliant. Excellent location, close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Loved the relax pool area for adults only. Paul, the bar man, was lovely, friendly and helpful. There was a variety of food available, although offering broccoli and chips for breakfast was a bit perplexing! The food became a bit repetitive, a lot of one pot casseroles etc and it definitely needs to be hotter. I would like to see more food hygiene measures as lots of staff didn't wear gloves to handle food and a member of staff supervising the serving areas would be good as I had to ask for plates and cutlery on 2 occasions. The drinks available were basic and out of 4 cocktails on the menu only 2 were available. Also, one barman to serve a big queue of people is ridiculous. Definitely need more people on the bar. Some staff were friendly but quite a few were not. It would be good if the hotel were to leave an information booklet in the room to let you now about the amenities available etc. For example, we only knew we were able to use the sister hotel too and that an adult only pool was available, by other guests. If some of these issued were resolved, it would make a big difference.

Dining area fithy i wonder when floor was last cleaned. Look at mould behind the desert counter! Lads that cleared tables more interested to be on phones@ cloth they used to wipe tables disgusting(no disinfectant used, food terable& if you dont like crispy chicken dont bother This hotel standards have dropped dramatically in last 12 months. Stayed in 2023 & it was fine. You couldnt pay me to stop there now& hiw jet2 can say its 3star plus beyond me! They shud stop sending clients there!!!

This was our first visit to this hotel, on arrival Charlie at the reception was very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us, our room though basic was immaculate and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the house keeping staff were available everyday and kept our room clean and again were very friendly, most of the staff were friendly however I did experience some not so friendly ones, on most occasions the food was OK, however it was often cold and tended to be the same from day to day , another downside was the fact that the only bar was at the poolside, they often ran out beer and other drinks and would at times walk away half way through serving. However if coming to this hotel there is an instore jewellery shop which is owned by a terrific man called Ali, I came with the intent on buying an emerald eternity ring and found the most beautiful one within his shop, Ali was brilliant and resized not only that but also resized my wedding ring, he also took all my other jewellery away and polished it free of charge, my husband purchased earrings and a necklace to match ring and Ali offered an extremely good deal, visiting his shop is a must, I certainly can't thank him enough.

I would love to give more than 3 star review but the food and drinks really let this place down. Location it's fantastic close to all the amenities the rooms are modern and to a good standard.Cleaners do a great job and the light system to tell them you want room cleaning & the Don not disturb light works great. Pool area needs a good clean tissues and cups all over and the drains on the dining room side are blocked and the pool water overflows right under the sun loungers.. the bar and grounds staff are a little lazy when it comes to tidying up there great at serving however little choice of alcoholic drinks on the all inclusive.(vodka Wisley brandy racki pre mixed cocktails in big demi Jon's effed draught ( like piss) wine wasn't great either) Food - now myself and hubby really aren't fussy eaters and the first 4 days we managed to find something to eat usually salad rice and a meat choice - breakfast was just toast as the beans always cold scrambled egg was just milk with shell most days and the fruit was battered and bruised and looked like it had been there 2 week already. They were defo using previous nights teas for lunch options, and they struggled to even serve chips hot so you had to ask them to re fry them per portion. Cleanliness is abit outdated also they would come off the grill outside and stand to the side with a fag on then no hand washing and jump straight back to cooking - not the greatest. Due to the food and drinks and us having to eat out and spend more money than we anticipated I wouldn't go back to this hotel personally however it's location, spa and rooms are fab.

We got back from this hotel just under 2 weeks ago. I will start with the positive- good location and rooms are clean. Now the negative. Food was awful and the same food every day and nothing really for English people other than chips. Day 3 we realised our room door actually never locked and anyone could have got in at any point. We sat having a drink one night and as I finished my drink I noticed the plastic cup had all mould stuck in the bottom of it. I told the bar staff that it needed binning and he put in back to be washed. 🤢 The second from last night my son took ill and spent the whole night on the bathroom floor. Then the next day we were kicked out our room with a 7 hour wait to be picked up for the airport. In this time my son took a turn for the worse and staff wanted him to go to hospital. We had asked on 3 occasions if they had a medic on sight and were told no. Once again at the airport my son lost the use of his legs from what seemed to be a seizure episode. Since landing back in the uk nearly 2 weeks my son has been in hospital and has been told he has cryptosporidium. Google it. It takes a month to recover and my son has lost over a stone in 10 days. Never will I ever stay in this hotel again. The food is just the same thing being reheated and put back out the next day. The cups are disgusting. My son now has a fear of eating and drinking and is having to miss time off school.

Myself and hubby stayed at idas adult ,aug/ september.wouldnt return to same hotel, location was perfect, hotel 1 star, seven cases of food poisoning, poor hygiene and cleanliness around the food area, flies and bone washing their hands.pool area never got washed, drink stains on the floor from start to finish of our time we stayed. All inclusive, limited drinks, very poor,3 choices of drinks,4 bottles of water a day left in the fridge. Cooked food on different premises, opposite hotel, trolleyed over with cling wrap,no lids.one bar, pool bar day and night very poor we were eating and drinking out a lot spent a fortune beds were uncomfortable, two singles put together, had to ask cleaner most days for toilet paper and towels.night porter Charlie very rude, told us all to shut up ,while we go as a gathering in reception, just a laugh and conversation. Staff useless tbh, they only started to pull their weight after the First week,as they were due a inspection, had furmigation team in to spray as there was a outbreak of bugs. Few accidents due to none safety hazard signs put into place.
