Sono stata in questo albergo per sole 2 notti. È fantastico sia in termini di camere che in termini di disponibilità delle persone. In merito alla posizione non so dare un giudizio preciso perché avevamo un autista quindi ci muovevamo con lui che ci recuperava direttamente in hotel. Due cose belle che ci sono successe sono state l’upgrade a una camera enorme per la seconda notte e il fatto che su richiesta ci abbiano fatto un corso di cucina indiana, davvero interessante ma soprattutto organizzato sul momento a seguito di nostra richiesta. Molto raccomandato. English version below: I’ve been in this hotel for 2 nights. It’s fantastic both in terms of room and staff availability. Regarding the position I cannot give a ranking because we had a driver picking us directly at the hotel. Two beautiful facts: the upgrade to a huge room for the second night and on our request an Indian cuisine lesson, they arranged it at the moment, interesting and fantastic! Highly recommended.

An excellent place to stay in Munnar. We spent one night at the Resort after checking online reviews, and manager Mr Shaffir was very helpful with our reservation. It’s a beautiful place with serene surroundings away from crowded city centre. Rooms are clean and staff is well trained and courteous. Ideal place for a relaxed holiday in family friendly surroundings. There is attached Ayurveda massage centre and spa and we enjoyed full body massage by Shreejit and Laxmi.

Best place to stay in Munnar. Staff are warm and welcoming. The Managers are great. The place is calming and gives the absolute feel of nature. It is here I felt they don't just Target your pockets but mainly focus on you as a traveller. With welcome drinks - personal touch of welcoming guests. Great food! 3 swimming pools with hill view as well. Play area for kids. Bon fire for grownups. I'm a DJ from BLR and they let me play my mix without any issues. In 10 days I visited twice once with family and once with office colleagues. I feel this wil be my only preferred stay whenever I pass by to Munnar. M Shariq Alam DJ SHARQ

It’s a very good hotel located in beautiful lush green area nearly 14 kms from Munnar main market. The facilities are very good and their main strength is prompt and courteous staff. Only jarring note is their pedestrian breakfast which included in room rent. Otherwise it was very satisfying experience.

We recently had a great time at Star Emirates Luxury Resort and Spa in Munnar. The rooms were big and comfy, and we loved the delicious food they served. What made the trip even better was how nice and helpful the staff were. They were always there to help and made me feel special. This resort is like a beautiful escape in the middle of nature, and it's perfect for a relaxing vacation. I can't wait to go back!
