Cranbrook Hotel

It was quite good and easy stay there

Rubbish beds springs will hurt

Rooms are small and not 10% clean and very dusty. Furniture and curtain smell and room are not big enough for a double room. And what I’ve paid for.

Basic hotel at the outskirts of London. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was good and clean. Hotel was also in a very good location and had parking

When I arrived, their small car park at the front was full up. The male receptionist then walked in front of my car (on the pavement) and showed me their car park behind the hotel. He then took my suitcase out of my car and took it up to my room. The next day, I went to the breakfast room and found no plates or cutlery there. So, I asked for a plate and knife and made myself two pieces of toast from the two loaves of bread I'd found in their bread bin. The following morning, I found it locked. I asked the male receptionist and he told me, I hadn't asked for breakfast when I booked it. So, I went back to my room and talked to an agent on the website who confirmed what he'd said. The receptionist then showed me the proof and told me, they'd stopped serving breakfast months ago. The next morning, I contacted the website and told the agent this. Each day, I left my key with the receptionist and picked it up on my return.

They dont care about the customer. They told me to stay outside for the whole night till 3am.

Honestly I’ve never had to write a negative review until today. The attitude of this male receptionist was despicable! I asked him for help to find my family member & not only was he rude he ignored me as I spoke & dialled for security. Shortly after he went to threaten my family member for allegedly trying to ‘sneak friends in’. My cousin is not from the UK with a language barrier and came to visit for a few nights but was now left feeling unsafe & upset as a male. I walked in with an Asian family and they were not questioned nor made uncomfortable. I’ll be reporting this to the police. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. I’d rather get punched in the face than recommend this place.
