O hotel é impecável em todos os sentidos! Localização, staff, ambiente, organização, culinária.
Desde o check in até o check out todos são genuinamente prestativos, educados e muito simpáticos.
Café da manhã delicioso, e variado. Serviço de bar e piscina funciona muito bem!
Estacionamento gratuito e com vários restaurantes e bares próximos.
O quarto é amplo e elegante! Cama king e macia! Roupa de cama e banho de muita qualidade.
Limpeza de todos os ambientes nota 10.
Hotel pet friendly, apesar de não oferecer tapetes higiênicos/cama, como de praxe (eu costumo a levar), minha cachorrinha foi super paparicada, com acesso a todos os lugares do hotel, isso pra mim, foi o maior diferencial!
Agradeço a todo time, pela excelente e relaxante estadia!

O hotel tem excelentes acomodações e infraestrutura. A equipe, seja da recepção, copa, limpeza e apoio, sempre muito educada e solícita. Serviço muito bem-feito e prestado pelo staff, que está sempre à disposição. Definitivamente eu recomendo o hotel.

The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and the open are lobby, lounge and dining room were so nice. Also, the pool, tennnis counts and grounds were quite lovely. We loved this hotel.

Hotel lindíssimo, excelente decoração e localização (há 5 minutos de distância a pé do centrinho). De todos os hotéis 5 estrelas que já fiquei na Ilha, esse conseguiu ser o melhor no quesito educação dos funcionários! Extremamente simpáticos, solícitos, amei.
Só não dei 5 estrelas em tudo pois assim que chegamos no quarto havia um tufo de cabelo escuro/sujeira no chão que não era nossa e eu acabei tendo que jogar fora com um papel higiênico e logo as 7 e pouca da manhã começaram a arrastar móveis na suíte do andar acima para limpeza. Eu não peguei a suíte mais cara para não conseguir dormir - acordo mais tarde do que isso.
Achei inconveniente pois o “arrasta arrasta” se seguiu até quase as 9h da manhã, impossibilitando de voltar a dormir.
No mais, café sem muitas extravagâncias mas com opções deliciosas e certeiras.

Excelente estadia - ideal para famílias e amigos, próximo a Vila, funcionários atenciosos, muito boa infraestrutura (piscina, sauna, quadras)! Os quartos também merecem um elogio à parte, muito espaçosos, limpos e de bom gosto. Melhor opção na Ilha!

Excelente! A estada foi muito boa, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, localização excelente e instalações muito boas. Café da manhã bem variado. Foi tudo perfeito! Fomos num grupo de 8 aptos e todos gostaram, principalmente da quadra de beach tenis que foi a diversão devido o tempo nublado

Muito bom! Mais do que esperava. Todos funcionários, sem exceção, bastante atenciosos e competentes, fator importante para uma boa estadia. Nosso apartamento era gigantesco, não comum hoje em dia, porém, algumas ressalvas: importante ter abajur nas cabeceiras, não tem, bastante iluminação, com muitos interruptores (na madrugada isso complica). Café da manhã excelente, ambientação caprichosa… Muito bem localizado, apartamentos silenciosos. Tendo oportunidade, voltaremos. Parabéns!!
