Hem merkezi konumda hem de bahceli ferah bir yer.Cok tatli insanlar .Bizim bazi ektra taleplerimizi ***et guleryuzle karsiladilar.Sade bir otel cok hijyenik bir yer.Gun icinde zaman zaman burnunuza temizlik ve detarjan kokulari gelecektir .Ozellikle pandemiden sonra cok iyi geldi.

One of best spots at Ilıca, very nice location and warm/friendly environment. We ve rented 3 rooms with babies and eldest family members, for all of us it was a perfect holiday. Breakfast was great - high quality fresh material. Garden is very nice to spend time at day-night time. less than 1 min walking to the sea.

5 minutes walk from sea. And the hotel have cozy garden so you can sit and hangout with your friends or family. Staff is too kind and helpful. Completely satisfied with our stay there. Thanks.

Bir hafta kadar konakladığımız Maviev Otel’den memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu yürüyüşle iki dakika kadar denize yakın. Plajın olduğu tarafa uzak ancak otelin bulunduğu yerde de denize girebiliyorsunuz.
Ulaşım yönüyle hemen önünden Alacatı-Ilıca-Çeşme dolmuşları geçiyor. Otel Çeşme ile Alaçatı arasındaki Ilıca sahilinde bulunuyor. Bu yönüyle her iki tarafa da yolculuklar için ideal.
Otelin kendisinden lüks bir konaklama ortamı beklemeyin. Ailenin kendisi tarafından işletiliyor. Otelde fazla bir zaman da geçirmediğimiz için biz bir eksiklik hissetmedik.
Oda temizliği olması gerektiği gibiydi. Ancak odaya ilk girdiğinizde en azından tek kullanımlık bir şampuan olması artı olurdu.
Bizim bulunduğumuz odanın otelin bahçesine bakan hoş bir balkonu vardı. İsterseniz burada da akşamları güzel zaman geçirebilirsiniz.
Denize yakın, merkezi bir noktada olması ve güler yüzlü işletmeci anlayışıyla kısa ve uzun süreli konaklamalar için tavsiye ederim.

Modernlik ve konfor aramayacaksanız(örn. mini bar ,tv),şehir içinde sahile,plaja 100 metre odalar geniş banyo geniş,temiz,bakımlı, rahat uyunuyor,klimalı,balkonlu,küçük bir aile işletmesi,en güzeli kuş cıvıltılarında sabah bahcede mükemmel bir açık büfe kahvaltı yapıyorsunuz ön bahçe geniş oturmak için masalar konmuş,plajda bütün şemsiye ve sezlongları belediye kaldırmış,eger belediyenin yerinden kiralarsanız iki sezlon bir semsiye 80 tl,personel oldukça ilgili,gökhan beye ilgilerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz,dediğim gibi aşırı bir konfor aramıyorsanız,tavsiye ederim.

This place has seen better days. Maybe after 2 1/2 years of pandemic it still needs time and money to restore the grounds and decor and amenities. The “restaurant “ is deserted. No hair dryers, or toiletries, no coffee/tea available outside of breakfast time, except by special request. Beds are very comfy, water pressure and hot water very good! But my sink leaked, and the showerhead bracket was missing so i had to hold it to bathe (not a big problem). The price is high for what you get, but this is an expensive area. One block away is beautiful little harbour with promenade.

Kongre sebebiyle arkadaşlarımla 3 gecelik konaklama planımız vardı bu otelde. Fotoğraflardan çok bakımlı olmadığı anlaşılıyordu fakat çok takılmamıştık başta. Otelin ciddi anlamda bakıma ve onarıma ihtiyacı var. 37 ekran tüplü televizyon var. Klima şanslı iseniz çalışıyor. Ekim ayında pike ile uyumanız bekleniyor. Şampuan dahi yok. Yorum yazma sebebime gelecek olursak onlar tahta kuruları. Berbat bir gün geçirdim. Özür bile dilemediler telafisi için de zirai ilaç ile müdahale edilmiş odada kalmaya devam etmem beklendi. Gece başka bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldım. Paranıza yazık etmeyin..

Otelin konumu harika. Ilıca plajına çok yakın, yürüyerek 10 dk. Alaçatıya çok yakın, arabayla 15-20 dk’da ordasın. Otopark sıkıntısı çekmiyorsunuz. Otelin önünde otele ait park alanı mevcut. Aile işletmesi ve hepsi çok iyi insanlar, bize çok samimi davrandılar kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve her şey var. Ailenin annesi bize kendi elleriyle kuymak yaptı. Odalar konforlu ve ***et güzel. Otelin muhteşem bi bahçesi var, özellikle akşamları bahçede oturup keyif yapabiliyorsunuz. İşletme sahibi İrfan bey çok samimi ve işinin ehli biri, bizimle sürekli ilgilendi. Oteli ve aileyi çok sevdik. Gelecek yıl tekrardan Çeşmeye gelirsek aynı oteli tercih edicez. Maviev Otel ailesine teşekkürler ☺️
