De voorziening voor het buiten terras is zeer slecht geregeld. Eerst kregen we op de terras verbrande pides die niet te eten waren. Maar wel bijna 50 € moesten betalen voor 3 pides, gelukkig hebben ze dit uit eindelijk niet in rekening gebracht, maar ze hebben het ook niet opgelost voor ons. Uiteindelijk helaas met een honger gevoel gebleven zonder oplossing. ;( je mag wel een oplossing verwachten als je zoveel betaald voor een hotel, Normaal bij uitchecken mag je altijd nog gebruik maken van het buiten terras. Hier mocht dit niet en waren we niet meer welcome tenzij we 900 TL per persoon betaalde. De hotel had dit wel mogen regelen, voor het bedrag die wij betaald hebben aan het hotel vind ik dit zeer treurig, en helemaal niet waard!!
Ik zal zeker niet meer hier terug komen en zal dit ook niet adviseren. Ik heb dit nog nooit mee gemaakt. Normaal mogen we altijd blijven. Maar hier dus niet. Slecht geregeld van het hotel. En het eten slecht van de terras geregeld.

The building and location of the hotel are magnificent but it is starting to fall a bit. Room cleaning is bad. Someone's mask was still under the bed after the room was cleaned. The bathrobes in the rooms are in tatters. As you can see, a serious hand should be taken and he should return to his old appetite. The best part of the hotel is that all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Ailecek konakladığımız Nars Ilıca Butik Otelin'den çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık. Otel konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve denize sıfır. Plajı harika, kum ve sığ. Denizi ise çok temiz. Alaçatı'da 3 günlüğüne kaldık. Otel eski Tosun Paşa yalısı renove edilmiş. 2 ayrı yataklı tek odaları var. Oda 2 kişilik kadar büyük değil ve minibar yok ancak otelin genelinin ambiansı çok güzel ve otantik. Selen Hanım tarafından çok iyi karşılandık ve ağırlandık. Denize iskeleden giriyorsunuz. Breeze isimli işletmeye ait şezlong ve şemsiyeleri var. Otel müşterilerine girişi ücretsiz. İşletme sahibi Samsunlu ve taş fırın kurdurmuş, kuymak ve pideleri tercih edilebilirancak ücretler yüksek. Yemek alanı da denize girilen yerde, kahvaltı serpme şekilde size getiriliyor. Otelin ayrıca kişisel kullanıma açık bir termal havuzu var, 3-4 kişilik. Suyu size özel olarak dolduruyorlar ve o gün kullanımı size ait oluyor. Kullanmak istediğiniz günün öncesinde bildirmeniz gerekiyor zira suyun sıcaklığı 80 dereceye yakınmış, havuz dolduktan sonra girebilmek için bir süre soğumasını beklemek gerekiyor. Kişiye özel kullanımının olması hijyen açısından çok hoşumuza gitti; akşam geç saate kadar kullandık. Suyu teninizi yumuşacık yapıyor. Alaçatının rüzgarına karşılık sıcak termal su çok güzel geldi. I can say that it is the most beautiful boutique hotel in Çeşme among the hotels we stayed in. The rooms are already wonderful and the fact that it has not spoiled its originality is also a beauty. It was a very nice experience for us to stay in a historical hotel other than the classic stone hotels. The rooms were very important for me because I am obsessed with cleanliness and it was were very clean. The food is fantastic and fast service. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had the opportunity to have fun in the sea every day and we swam and the pier is quite useful. I already have nothing to say to the sea of Ilica. Thank you for everything. If we come again, we will choose again.
