Hotel is situated on top of the mountain so the climate is cooler. They have fantastic view of uncorrupted mountains and if you're lucky, you'll get to witness a sea of clouds. Place is clean, staff and owner are nice and we love their Sinampalukang Manok as well. Internet is a challenge in most places in Sagada. Net was down on our first night but the owner made sure to lend us a different wifi router. Sagada town proper is approximately 5 km away and it's a lovely walk if you're up to it. This place here is a winner. Reminders: -Globe data is very slow, not sure about other providers. -download movies bring books to kill time at night just in case net is down. - room is simple but spacious. Bring your own toiletries since they run out of these when we were there. - I didn't notice public transportations so im not sure how this will work for guests w/o private vehicle. Town proper is approx 5 km away. -During our visit, most of the restaurants in the town proper are closed. The staff can cook for the guests but the options are limited since tourism is not yet back to 100% at the time. - bring water heater so you can prepare coffee and instant noodles. Also make sure to have food. The hotel kitchen and the rest of the restaurants in the town proper close at around 7pm.

I love this place. I love the villa where we enjoyed the place. The crew were all accomodating and the cable car is amazing going down to their restaurant. It is paradise for me. I love the set up and I love the cozy units..It is expensive but it is worth it. Try visiting the place it is gorgeous. I recommend it.

I was skeptical at first since the hotel’s location was unusual compared to the ones that are in the metro, where class and sophistication were the things you normally look for when you book a lovely stay. However, upon check-in to the location, I was amazed with how they give their best to level up their services to their guests! The area as a whole was truly iconic! I was very impressed with the villa we stayed in as it was a massive, I could not believe how big it was for 4 people! The murals on the ceilings were all magnificently beautiful! Their buffet and plated meals were on point! They had a wide selection of food and we all loved them! We were quite blessed as we own the private pool to ourselves that time! We also spent a great time at their other resort - The Vitalis White Sands via their free shuttle transfer. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating, as well as their interns! Great job team! If we were to stay again, we’ll definitely go back in this lovely resort!

Charming new hotel in Vigan. This hotel was just recently built. Very friendly staff, very helpful. A pleasant stay with true Filipino hospitality. The owners are very accommodating. Take it from me, who have travelled extensively. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

GGuest UserI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

NNoel MarcosOverall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

SSufot Al Ah NomVery nice and Impressive hotel, strategic location with good car parking space. Center of everything such as food, tourist spot, watson, photo taking, food, souvenir and many more.
Staff is friendly and caring, smile all the time and very accomodating. Smoker like me is happy as there is smoking area very near to the room (request room 206 then you would understand what I mean for smoker). I am surely choose this hotel if ever I come to Vigan again.

I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

GGuest UserCame here with family in March 2023. The property itself is beautiful. It’s rich in art and history, something I truly appreciated and found one-of-a-kind, especially at a hotel. Service was good. Front desk staff were helpful, and there is security at the front entrance at all times. The room itself was cozy - traditional design with modern features. There is not much of a view from our room, it seems to just be the way the building was designed. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was good, although options were basic. The view during breakfast was beautiful, it was poolside and near the gorgeous staircase. Pool is smaller than I expected. My question/concern during my stay was, where were all the other hotel guests? I felt as though there were very few guests at the hotel, considering my party was the only one having breakfast at the cafe. I don’t believe I ran into other guests during my stay as well. A whole dining hall was dark and closed off the whole day. This confused me as this hotel is considerably the best and most beautiful hotel in Vigan.

GGuest UserMe and a friend stayed there for one day and we thought we wont need to buy a toothpaste and soap but we had to coz they only provided one tiny toothpaste and one tiny tube of 3 in 1 shampoo/soap/conditioner. Not enough for two persons who will take a bath twice a day and brush their teeth twice also. Their blanket is small also for two thin body adults. Its like their blanket is only for 1 person same with their toothpaste and 3in1 soap. If you want another blanket you have to pay

GGuest Userit was raining hard when we reached this place and the parking area was starting to get flooded. there was no staff to welcome the guests or offer umbrellas to shield us from the downpour. the hotel is not within the city of vigan. we were ushered to our room by one hotel helper who assisted us with our luggages. courteous and jolly guy. food was typically done the ilocano way. i'm used to the taste and the way it was presented. what i'm very particular about was the repetitive banana being offered for dessert, either boiled, caramelised or served very ripe. our towels were never replaced for the 4D/3N we stayed. they just assumed we didn't care since we didn't bother to request for a new set. the telephone in our room has no dial tone. the bathroom exudes an unpleasant smell at a particular hour at night. but overall, we felt welcomed as we stayed longer. we were allowed beyond the time to continue with our socials. the staff just let us be while singing our hearts out. they were very kind and understanding when we ask for small favors from time to time. might stay here again next time.

RraskolnikovDeomar is a definitely a good find. Price is really reasonable (though website price is not updated and I had to add a few bucks upon check in, which is negligible). Location is very good, which is just biking distance to the Heritage village, and yes, they lend visitors bikes free of use.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and notably quiet and relaxing. Staff are very nice and accomodating, too. Its a high five!
