Had a great time in our 2 nights stay at Injap Tower Located at the city of ilo-ilo right infront of SM.

Upon arrival, everyone was all smiles to me which I appreciate. Until check out, the concierge was commendable.The housekeeping was on their toes. Bed linens do not smell new though appearing clean. The security people can be more helpful to guests, especially the local ones. The restaurant for me was the most consistent in terms of service.

We are generally satisfied with the service we got from Injap Hotel considering the price we paid.
It's locati9n is very much accessible. Since we have kids, they would always want to stroll in SM... we just have to cross the street from the hotel and we'll already reach SM.
The food is average. They offer decent meal for a free breakfast that comes with the accomodation. We have 1 declared extra person but we were not asked to pay for the accomodation anymore. We just paid for the breakfast that the extra person consumed. Kids 5 under are free so my 2 kids are freeThanks!
Pool is good but i think its needs improvement. There are repairs to be done.
So far, I am satisfied with our stay... thank you Injap Tower for being our comfy space in Iloilo.

It was a nice hotel and the staffs were very accommodating. It's just the elevator needs improvement but will definitely comeback.

The hotel is good. Conveniently located near SM Iloilo. The view from window is fantastic. Enjoyed my stay. Staff needs customer care rebriefing. They shld assist arriving customer and accommodate them as they travelled far.
