zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer; gutes Wifi; Bad und Betten sehr gut; check-in war einfach, doch erst um 2 Uhr p.m. möglich (wie angegeben); sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant im 24.Stock; Essen dort gemischt (Reis/chicken sehr gut; Sinigang salmon ungenießbar), toller Ausblick von dort oben; die SM Mall liegt in Fußwegnähe (5-10 min,).

The location is convenient. The room is equipped with an instant water heater. The shower isn't great because the water pressure is low.. Towels are not that clean. There is no power point for the water kettle. Need to use one below the Aircon while putting the kettle on a chair. The breakfast on the 21st floor is basic but the toilet CR is not serviceable.

Overall, it was a great satisfactory experience from the service to the facilities and to the food, everything is in the right place and condition and well deserved a compliment.

We enjoyed so much in this travel. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with very nice people around and nice location just front of sm city iloilo. My niece enjoyed also. Good job!
