Checking in at reception was so easy, the moment we arrived we were welcomed by every single member of staff that we seen, exceptional customer service to the highest standards.
We were in the suite room and we were not disappointed the suite is amazing so spacious and clean, we had afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant and again the service was 5 star from the restaurant staff.
I work in the hotel industry in the UK at a 5 star hotel, I would thoroughly recommend the Richmonde Hotel it’s such a great location too.

The location is central and within walking distance of the mall, so it's perfect.
The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious enough, so I had no complaints.
If I had to say one thing, it would be nice if there were a few more restaurant options.
The food was neither good nor bad.

Great location, comfortable stay.
I booked 3 rooms for my family, we have enjoyed the afternoon sunset.
Room is clean, however the roller to shower is not working in my room. Maintenance came to fix. Nice view from our room.
Pool is not well maintained, many tiles partially broken, but the view is amazing. Wish to have eye on those. I ordered house sandwich / club, for my father, took at least 1 hour, haha . After ordering they went down to festival super market to buy snacks, chips, and they arrived first rather than the requested pool sandwich. The sunset view is amazing!
Breakfast buffet to compare with Zuri hotel and Marriott, is bit behind. Please work on offering and food quality, fruits is limited. Find local fruits, simply latundan banana and alike is recommended rather than in shot glasses. Also the service , we family of 7 plus 2 kids, tables are small and waiters are hesitant to put us as family set up. This type gives us not family friendly experiences. Compare to other 4 star in the city.
Overall stay was still great, my family still enjoyed, and we have wonderful city tour and dining.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. The service at the bar area can be improved and the shower in the pool area was not working. Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience.
