Stunning views across the bay which was full of icebergs. We had a deluxe room with the skylight and yes you can see the northern lights from the bed!
Food was good, staff were great and the hotel is just a short walk from the town centre. Delighted with our visit, thank you.

We stayed at the Hotel Icefiord for a week in September and loved it. The location is amazing, we had an upstairs deluxe room with skylight and balcony. The view from the room was breathtaking looking across the straight full of icebergs to Disko island. The room and en-suite were a good size and immaculate. Very comfortable bed, very quiet room and well equipped. The staff were always friendly, helpful and happy to help and chat. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and the food was good, the breakfast was great with a good selection. If we ever return to Ilulissat we would definitely stay here again, we were delighted with the hotel and would highly recommended it.

Adding to the remarkable Greenland experience, Hotel Icefiord was the best dinner in Greenland, the view from my room or just walking out onto the new deck is a bucket list dream.

Icefiord Hotel en super oplevelse
Smukkeste udsigt direkte udover isfjorden. Smagsfulde deluxe værelser med balkon til Isfjorden.
Hyggelig restaurant fyldt med daglige forskellige kulinariske retter og godt vinkort. Personlig og venlig service i top, Her vil vi bo igen,

Breakfast servings were inconsistent esp in terms of fruits n vegetables. There was none from my second day.
Wifi is very poor if Tim’s are far away from
