I stayed at the Kisuke Yu ticket cherry blossom breakfast plan. It is right next to JR Imabari Station and there is Lawson nearby. I can walk a little to the Yakitori shop of Imabari specialty, and the drinking street of Imabari. We arrived about 9 o'clock on Friday night, but the free parking lot was able to stop safely at the last 1. Kisuke no Yu is very comfortable with a sophisticated hot spring facility, so I recommend a plan with a hot spring ticket.

This hotel is very new, and it's only around 3 minutes walking distant away from the JR station. The lobby is very big with big windows and has many chairs for guest to sit and rest, there are also bike rack for you to lock the bike at the lobby. We were surprised to find out that there's welcome drinks and beer is also included. Our room was on one of the higher floor, so the view was beautiful. Breakfast was buffet style and was amazing, selection was great and delicious. Would definitely stay there again if we visit the area. The only downside is the staff doesn't understand English too well, but not too big of an issue when there's google translate.

Conveniently located about halfway between Onomichi and Imabari along the Shimanami Kaido, WAKKA is much more than a halfway stop. Staying here is an experience you won’t forget for a while. Between us we had a cottage and a dome ‘tent’ both with views of the water & the Tatara bridge (across which we had cycled). We opted for the BBQ dinner on our deck & it was wonderful: sashimi appetiser, local seafood, vegetables & meat (amazing steak, boar sausages, chicken) as well as rice, dessert and mint tea! The hospitality here is so warm that we felt immediately welcomed. All the staff were lovely. Reika (from reception) suggested a trip to the local onsen (public bath) and provided a voucher as well as minibus shuttle (10 min way). This was a great experience and good way to relax after a day’s cycling. We enjoyed breakfast sitting on the cafe deck (great coffee) before we set off for another day of cycling. As well as cottages & dome tents, there are dormitory beds for a more economical stay. WAKKA also offers support to cyclists who aren’t staying at the hotel.

Great family experience. I read all the reviews and was worried that the room had no attached bath, emailed the hotel with all the questions I had and made all the preparations for my kids. Lord and behold I was assigned THE ROOM with attach bath right next to the Onsen! It was incredible for a family of four. They have a common toilet as well so if the one in the room is occupied, I just walk out to the common one that is well maintained. The staff here speaks good English and were extremely helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner at the one and only restaurant here were incredible. While they do not have a wide variety, they made it up with the quality! Delicious is an understatement! Ask the receptionist everything and seek their advise on everything you want to do. They will tell you the best timings and areas to experience the most bunnies! Their weather forecast is spot on too. The only downside is the room smell of bunny food, but this is expected as this island is basically about bunnies!

It is a very clean hotel. In the heart of the city There are many drinking establishments around at night. And close to Matsumoto Castle, you can walk to the castle. There is a washing machine. I 10 of the hotel is a dining room with a beautiful view. You can sit and eat and see the view of the snowy mountains below. Family Mart convenience store as well

I couldn't make a reservation for a hot spring inn at GW and I was planning to sightsee Matsuyama the next day, so I booked this hotel with 2 meals. Dinner is a Japanese food with a lot of mouth as well as other word of mouth. Breakfast is a choice from Japanese or Japanese tempura. There is also a buffet such as drinks and a feeling of fulfillment from the morning. There is no restaurant around the hotel and it is saved with 2 meals. The room uses an ordinary semi double for 2 people. The unit bus was a little tired, but it was divided into a business hotel. The cost is cheap and the service correspondence is no problem.
