Bellissimo posto, personale gentile, tutto perfetto, la spa ad uso esclusivo molto bella, camera spaziosa e molto curata. Ottimo buffet a cena e colazione varia e abbondante, una giornata veramente da ripetere, sicuramente torneremo alla spa

Soggiorno in famiglia con ragazzi.Resort situato sulla collina di Imperia gestito con organizzazione,cortesia e pulizia.I punti di forza sono il personale sia in reception che di servizio,la piscina coperta (ottima soluzione in caso di maltempo),il ristorante con vista panoramica,la piscina all'aperto anche per bambini e non ultimo il campo da calcetto/tennis. Le camere sono funzionali e pulite (doccia extralarge).Ampia disponibilità di posti auto.L'atmosfera che si respira è rilassante.Esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio.

pulizia scarsa, poca disponibilità del personale, cibo nella media di un self service, poca chiarezza nella prenotazione con un genitore disabile non mi è stato detto che il resort è pieno di scale non percorribili con una carrozzina. ho dimenticato un paio di occhiali da sole di valore nell'appartamento e caso strano non sono stati rinvenuti. Pessima esperienza e poca accoglienza. Paghi il 50% alla prenotazione, appena fai il check in devi saldare il tutto e in più devi lasciare 150 euro di caparra, Check in alle 16 e check out alle 10....ha senso??

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con un pacchetto Smartbox. Esperienza bellissima in quanto prima di arrivare abbiamo avvisato la struttura che con noi c’erano 2 barboncini. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera dei lettini corredati di coperta per i nostri cagnolini, inoltre ci hanno omaggiato di palline per farli giocare, di snack e sacchetti per le deiezioni. La struttura è veramente notevole con piscina coperta(per il periodo), campo da minigolf, pallacanestro, biciclette e spa. Tutte le camere sono dei mini appartamenti, alcuni con balcone, alcuni con patio. Temperatura in camera al nostro arrivo 24 gradi, buona la colazione con torte fatte in casa. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente magari qualche giorno in più. Grazie ancora.

Camera e servizi al top! Fantastica colazione varia, abbondante e di buona qualità servita da personale cortese e disponibile. Presenza di parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. Disponibilità di biciclette a noleggio e punto di sosta per monopattini elettrici a noleggio. Presenza di ristorante interno. Grazie alle istruzione ed un video inviato via mail 2 giorni prima del nostro arrivo, non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà nel raggiungere Villa Giada, nonostante la strada fosse un po’ stretta rispetto ai nostri standard, ma per godere di quella vista ne è valsa la pena! Il nostro monolocale era dotato di ogni comfort ( aria condizionata super silenziosa ) e ben insonorizzato nonostante si trovasse nei pressi della reception. Un punto forte è la doccia, ampia e luccicante!

We stayed at Villa Giada two nights, the photos do not reflect reality, the rooms are much nicer than the photos, the decor of the rooms was very comfortable and modern. The housekeeping was very nice, there were gift sets, it was great to find the coffee maker in the room. There was everything we needed in the kitchenette, the utensils in the room prevented us from bringing from home having so many suitcases already. The restaurant service was very pleasant, very friendly staff and very good dishes. The indoor pool was great for our kids, we arrived one day when it was nice weather and the pool was very hot. We needed more blankets, we went to the front desk to ask for them and the staff was very nice. We added the spa for the whole family, it was fabulous, just a relaxing day. I loved these two nights, to get out of the routine it was great. No doubt we will be back.
