Excellent staff and service, it was a pity that the coffee shop and the pool were under renovation. Nice gift shop and a spa! Room service availed was Excellent , efficient and fast. Excellent communication from the staff, good food. Would come back again.

Am a regular in classic grandee for my business travel. It's a perfect property to be in during hectic business trips. The well appointed and comfortable rooms, very courteous and friendly staff makes you feel at home. Special mention of mr atangba and mr surchand at the reception desk for their unwavering hospitality and professionalism. The restaurant is also good. The complimentary breakfast spread is awesome. Looking forward towards my next visit.

The staff Mr. Gongtang Kamei went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From cozy with everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

We were here only for a day but we felt very much at home with all the warmth and hospitality. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The food especially the Manipuri Thali was soooooo good. The check in and check was very smooth.

I am g lakshmeesh rao Advocate mediator from karnataka mediation centre, blore. We have been assigned the duty of imparting training for advocates of manipur state. We are housed at classic grande hotel. It is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff. I have been staying here since 27th of September. Breakfast lunch and dinner are very good more than everything the staff of this hotel are really good at service. Always smiling wishing caring cooperaive and I found they are Excellent. Mr Dinol,Dine, Ambedkar,umason, Krishnan always come at the door table with a smiling face,showing hospitality. I have never seen such a friendly brotherly attitude from a hotel staff. I too have traveled length and breadth of this country for training but every one appears to be really commercial. But I found staff here are really doing their job with involvement and purpose. God bless them. I wish all the best for hotel owners and staff. Thank you

We are staying here for the last 6 days. The rooms are very good. The Restaurant is very clean. The service staff, namely, Dinol, Dine, Ambedkar, Umason, Krishnan, were caring, kind,always smiling and looked after our requirements. They were always pleasant. We profusely thank them for their love and affection ❤️ The food was great and the ambience was good 👍 We are really happy with the services extended to us, which made our stay here comfortable. Thank the Management for having such a wonderful staff. 🙏
