雪質最高です。 少し山の上に立地しているせいか夜も冷え込み一日の雪質がこの時期にしては非常に良い気がします。 今年はこのエリアはあまり雪が多くないのかもしれませんね。 ゲレンデのコースバリエーションはあまりありませんがコースの整備が行き届いていて高速コースや初心者コースが非常に滑れやすくなっています。 リゾートなのでゲレンデに昔ながらのラーメンやカレーの店舗が外に椅子を置いて営業していないのが残念ですね。

We were pet-friendly, and I've never seen a hotel with such poor customer service.The room was cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature, so we had to use an electric stove. When I asked the front desk for a request, the service was terrible and the food was the same as usual even though it was New Year's Day, cold and out of stock.The bento boxes at the convenience store were better. I paid a high price even though I stayed during New Year's, and it was the worst, and I paid 35,000 yen per person per night, which was the worst.The reviews say that the food is good, but aren't they all lies?I can't believe it.The food, the service, the room... It seems that Masako enjoyed skiing on a family trip. The building felt like a bubble and was quiet and calm. The room is spacious and feels luxurious. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

スキーにて訪問。最初の受け付け時にコロナのこともあるのでご案内はないのでこちらでとQRコードをわたされる。 夕食の予約もお願いしますとのことで夕食をもサイトでしました。 部屋に入ると予約した食事場所では+1000円かかると記載されていたため、フロントに確認。「本日はブレードアップしておりますが差額はいただいておりません」という返答でした。 差額がとられてなくても、プランと異なる場合は承諾をえるのが当たり前だとおもうのですが。 実際泊まるとスキー教室でその他の会場は使用できないということが真実だと思うのですが チェックアウト後入浴は無料ですが、タオルは有料との説明を受けたため、値段を確認。500円との返答。タオルとフェイスタオルがセットで500円だと思ってしまいました。 実際はフェイスタオル500円バスタオル500円みたいです。分かりにくいと思います。きちんと料金の表示をしてもらいたいと思います。
