Excellent location for waking and to the airport. Property is beautiful and always provides a relaxing stay ! I love the self check in and the staff friendly answered any questions I had by e mail . We look forward to our next visit.

The hotel is veey clean.

Great location. Able to walk to and from the airport. There is also a free shuttle that I learned about through the email sent. Prompt email communication. I would stay here again if I had another long layover and needed to be close to the airport.

It is just 5 minutes away from the airport. I would recommend this if you reach the airport in the midnight

It was quite straight forward despite thinking I was going to have issues. I just followed the address and there was lots of reminder info on the door, that I had to check my email and plenty of wifi codes to access my email. The manager answered super quickly to my email and it was very quick to get into the room.

Nice room with full amenities. Checking system needs an overhaul, when you arrive at the door on the 7th floor a sign says you should have been emailed a room nr and pass code, but it also says that won't happen if you booked through third party like trip. Now you need to call them. It took 30 min to get into our room, not fun after a flight when you just need a bed... The room itself is simple, a bit dated but it's got everything you need. No ac keep in mind for summer.

This place is very close to Incheon airport. Very suitable for family stay. The room size is big and full of house hold equipments. There are several information related to Tourism and Recommendations hanging on the walls, which is very helpful and interesting. Overall, this place is recommend to stay for vacation.

The hotel is generally good, clean, near Paradise city. Must know it is a self checked in hotel, so don't expect any staff to meet you and to give you a room key )) But there are 2 points of complain: 1. Service. We agreed with the staff, that i will pay for the other coming 4 days late in the evening. But he gave my booking to another person and in a rude way asked me to leave. 2. Cleaning the room. I stayed at the hotel for three days, and none the service people came to clean my room, change bedsheets and throw the rubbish bag, so couldn't tolerate that 3 day mess and also was a strong reason to leave.

~7 minute free airport shuttle bus to Hyatt then International Business Center..cross street to the O'Ville building. Easy self check in with emailed room number and doorlock code.

Close to airport, with regular free shuttle. Decent view, but will hear planes flying by at night. Microwave and kettle inside room. However, no air-conditioning, only fan available. Beddings and towels have seen better days. Building itself old looking as well. Convenient store on ground floor.

Put this to your list if you want easy access to terminal 1 of Incheon airport.

Very convenient for late flight. Free airport shuttle from and to the airport is available, and you don’t need to worry about check-in time as you can just access the room with the passcode from the booking confirmation email.
