We checked into the hotel very late after our delayed flight and the receptionist gave us a late check out time which was incredibly helpful. The staff was extremely efficient and there was a 24 hour convenience store inside the lobby. Other great points: Airport shuttle Excellent lobby - bright and comfortable Extremely clean facilities Will stay at IBIS again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, it’s far from the Airport and need shuttle bus to reach or taxi to reach.

The room is clean with comfortable mattress. Athough the location is not ideal, hotel shuttle bus is available. Reserve plenty of time as the shuttle bus is only available once in an hour.

Nice big rainforest shower. Friendly and helpful service at reception from Bella. Has some good facilities - restaurant, bar, small e-mart 24 hours, gym, and a nice modern sauna and spa area. Easy to get to with free shuttles but its in the middle of a huge car park so nothing at all else around - convenient overnight option only.

There are shuttle bus services , ( my flight was laded at T1 ) between airport T1 to Hotel ( T2 area) , easy to find it ( Exit door Nr 3, cross the street ) , every hours there is one bus , it take 15 -20mins. Hotel room clean and quiet , restaurant at lobby also OK. general Good .

The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle that picked us up from Terminal 1 on the first bus run at 5:30 am and dropped us back to T1 for our departure flight at 8pm. That gave extra point to our hotel reservation. Hotel is approx a 20mins ride from T1. The hotel is tidy, and the comfortable bed and pillows make it an excellent choice for an overnight stay before a long-haul flight. Only critic it doesn’t provide toothbrush/paste or hairbrush that’s generally provided in some hotels but there’s convenience store in the lobby area to purchase what’s needed. Although it's distant from shops, we booked the hotel for a 12-hour layover to recharge before our 10.5-hour journey back to Australia. There’s restaurant in the hotel for your all day meals. Breakfast is buffet but it was just ok for me😀 We had menu based lunch there as well it was good. Overall I would stay here again!

Convenient place with free shuttle bus between terminal and the hotel. Free sauna is really good!

The Hotel offers airport shuttle which is good but hope that the interval can be half an hour instead of one hour. The female staff who helped me checked in was nice, but there was a male staff (probably with a more senior title) was not helpful at all. As I needed to take the Incheon Airport Shuttle (not the one provided by the Hotel), I asked for the bus stop location. It was snowing very hard that morning so it was hard to locate the bus stop from the Hotel entrance, so I asked that male staff but he felt annoyed and didn't seem to want to answer my question and brushed me off by kept on telling me to go to the Hotel shuttle bus towards the left hand side of the Hotel entrance (which their bus would not come in another 45min and the actual bus stop was across the car park!) And I went out to search for the bus stop alone while it was very windy and snowy as well. The Naver map didn't even have any indication about the bus stop...so I ended up wasted some time to walk around to look for it. Room was clean, lack of washroom amenities if you need them. The bathroom for single bed rooms do not have any bathroom doors so you might not feel comfortable for taking a bath. The breakfast at their restaurant was fine.

Staff were all fantastic, able to converse easily in English. Hotel is modern with lots of light. Room was very clean and bright, stocked with essentials for a short stay near the airport. Bed was comfortable. Room service was delivered quickly by a smiling robot. Food was freshly cooked and still hot. Manager ordered a taxi and stayed with me until they arrived. Fitness room (gym) has standard workout machines. Sauna/spa is extra fee, didn’t utilize it this trip. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near ICN airport.

The people are nice. They could speak English well. One notable thing you should know is the timetable for the shuttle bus to ibis. It isn’t in the airport. Late travelers must use taxis.

I didn’t know what to expect but when I got to this hotel it was more than what I paid for. Good food and good vibes all around. I would stay here again.

Good location and great free shuttle service for travelers in transit. Restaurant quite expensive, did not try the buffet menu but I had a simple burger. Not too bad. If in transit at Incheon airport I would stop again

Location is convenient if traveling via terminal 2 ( approximately 5 minute shuttle bus ride which runs from 5am till past 10pm at hourly frequency) The hotel is clean and there is a 24 hour convenience store inside and also a vending machine for basic amenities (such as toothbrush and toothpaste) in the lobby Only problem is the noise of planes from very early till very late at night. Ear plugs are a must if you want a proper sleep…

Excellent stay. Hotel room clean and quiet with comfortable mattress. Hotel shuttle bus is available to airport.
