Excellent value for money. Advantages: location, bath accessories (towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel), good bathroom, soft bed, TV, fridge, kettle. Lots of stores and cafes downstairs, bus stops, low price. Disadvantages: I tried to find them but I failed.

This was our second time staying here. There was a problem with the room that we have booked but Trip has been so kindly let us know before check in and got us a better instead, thank you so much. We love the value for money this hotel provides and a good choice for us if we need to get to the airport early.

It was really really great stay here in Rivera Incheon Airport Hotel one of the best hotel ever ❤️ my frn from Canada also loved this place specially the view was so beautiful in love with the location and the service all the staff was also amazing helpful and kind ❤️❤️ I would definitely loved to stay here again in future

Just stay for few hours for rest and waiting night flight, everything is okay.

Compare to the price, this hotel is worth to stay. There are many restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel location is near with airport, lots of dining place and shops. The staff is helpfull, they call a taxi for us in the morning to go to the airport. The room is convenient and clean. Worthy to spending. We got a room with balcony direct to a good view.

Meh.. not so good considering the amount per night..just your stand Korean motel.. overpriced..not worth it.

Friendly and helpful, fluently English speaking, receptionist at Check-In. Room on the 8th Floor, clean, quiet, big and comfortable bed, small bathtub. Powerful A/C. They split the Hotel into two different companies. The only negative thing to mention was the Receptionist on duty at check-out. As there is no public wifi in the lobby I asked him which bus goes to Unseo and from where. He had Wifi, but refused to check it for me...

Nice location easy to find restaurant around

A bit hard to.find from the airport until infodesk told me to take bus 202 for about 45mins to Dongbo.Nobility. Hotel.is clean.and front desk.is helpful. Bed is comfortable. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants but few English signs or menus

Only booked one night due to flight transfer. The room is clean and neat. I have a really nice sleep there. Transport is convenient because there is a bus stop nearby allowing you to arrive Incheon International Airport within 30 mins. Overall I’ll recommended this hotel to every one.

Only stayed for 1 evening, everything was adequate. Quiet area

Used as a transit point. There was no bus from the airport, so I took the train to Unseo Station and then the bus from Unseo Station. It was quite far. The bus from the airport almost always arrives in front of the hotel, so it's easy to go to and from the airport if the bus is running. Check-in was very smooth. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly and spoke in Japanese. There was a group of Korean university students, and the lobby was very noisy as they were waiting for the elevator. The front desk staff was also fed up and sometimes covered their ears. Even when I got to the room, they were chatting in the hallway, so it was noisy. It woke me up even when I was sleeping. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's the worst when you're on the same floor as a group. There are two elevators, but they don't work smoothly, so it takes time. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was nice. The bed was just the right hardness and was easy to sleep on. There were no amenities, but I don't usually need them, so I think it's very eco-friendly and good. Shampoo and body soap were provided, and they were not the usual hotel ones, but good commercial ones, so the wash and smell were very good. There is an electric kettle, slippers, and bathrobes. The bathrobe was surprisingly appreciated. The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled and was set to cool. It was a little chilly so I didn't need the heater, but the cooler was too cold so I didn't use the air conditioner. When I went to sleep, I brought a duvet from the bed next to me and layered it with two layers to keep warm. It's a shame because it would have been great if we hadn't run into a group.

It is located near Yeongjong Station on the Airport Railroad, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and parks and the coast are very close!
