Check-in was confusing because we did not know we would not be able to leave bags at the guesthouse before check-in time. Additionally, upon being called and told to message with questions due to the language barrier, no one responded to my text message or WhatsApp message. Airport shuttle was offered but it was done rather abruptly/brusquely. The towels on offer were hand towel-sized, not bath towels, so make sure you bring your own if needed. The upsides were that the place was spotless, had complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast included, and it was near many food places.

It was all good. Bath towel was stinky.

I used it for a morning flight and it was really comfortable. It was cold because it rained a lot at the time, but it was nice that the room was warm. However, although there are separate rooms, the men were also on the same floor, so I felt a little uneasy about women staying alone. Other than that, the facilities were good.

Very clean! The breakfast included is simple: bread, milk, cereal! The door is behind the MrKim sign (circle) and you need to contact the boss lady via the Internet phone to pick you up.

I had an early morning flight to Incheon, so I decided to come here because it was cheap. I didn't know how to lock the door, so I had someone call me over the intercom. The lady who helped me at that time was really kind and encouraged me even though I was about to cry. I was happy.

It's a very good aparthotel. It's cheap, very clean, and has a simple breakfast. It has a microwave and the coffee is delicious. It's not far from the airport and only a few stops away by rail transit. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Booked this hotel for my family in April. Since then, I told the hotel we would arrive on 6/14 SEVERAL TIMES. They didn't say anything until 6/14 morning, when we were about to get on the flight in LA, the hotel informed us that our book was for 6/13. They told us to contact Agoda about refund. Agoda understood the situation and agreed to refund, and then the Mr. Kim hotel REFUSED to refund! So not only we had to find another hotel in a couple hours, but also we had to pay 2 hotels although we didn't get any service from this Mr. Kim!
