Even though it was easy to book through the app, it was almost impossible to find when I arrived. These are rooms available in a bigger apartment building ( which isn't the issue). There is no indication on the app which floor the apartment is on, and after some frustration and panic, asking locals, which floor this place is located on they then guided me to the 8th floor. Upon getting there, still, it was not clear where it was and only by sheer luck did I find this place. The bathroom is substandard and water goes all over the floor. There was inadequate bedding with no proper base sheet. Some of the interior decor was falling apart. Cheap place if you just want a quick night, but even then I wouldn't go again.

There was some hairs in the shower from the guest before.

Its a first time using such hotel and it was very hard for the first time user because its not like a regular hotel that somebody will assist during check-in. The experience was un-forgoten, remote way with a key password will be send via txt message prior to enter your room.

Location actually is good, close to airport T1 can be reached ny free shutle bus. The weakness is only the customer support/service. Slow respon, last day I asked about drink water they didn't reply.

It is a good hotel, clean environment friendly staff and nice location.

Finding the room was a little difficult, you gotta contact them beforehand to get room number and pincode. Everything else was great.

No aircon at all

I mean… its a good place if you missed your flight and need to stay a night. But…

It’s not a hotel, there’s no lobby. So I got there and found myself standing in an apartment building and was super confused on how to check in. I called the number on the listing and they texted me a room number and door code. In the morning I just texted back that I was checking out. Didn’t get a reply but I suppose they got the message. They should really put instructions in their listing or at least send you an email after confirmation to explain the process. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom didn’t feel super clean, had a real mildew smell about it The location is great for the airport! I got a pcr test at the airport the day before my flight and stayed here while waiting for the results. The free airport shuttle bus passes right by so it’s easy to get to and from.

Nice and clean place

Self check-in is very convenient! The location is not far from Incheon Airport and there is a free Shuttle Bus! The teaching is also very clear. If you don’t understand, you can always ask customer service! The room is large and very clean! In fact, it’s not a problem for 4 people to live there! There are towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! The toilet is separated from wet and dry, and there is also a washing machine, which is very convenient! The air conditioning is relatively weak, but with two fans and a refrigerator, it doesn't get hot at all! There are also TVs with different channels so you won’t be bored! There are also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry!
