My parents were transferring at Incheon Airport to return home, so they stayed in this hotel for one night. It was very convenient, it was right inside the passenger terminal, and it was easy to find. The elderly family found it quickly.

It was already 10pm when I got off the plane. Following the instructions for baggage claim, I followed the crowd to the fork in front of the customs, turned right and walked to another customs hall. I didn't see a transfer guide along the way. I asked the customs officer about the hotel location. He pointed randomly, but I was still confused after walking around. Later, I turned to a security check hall with no queues. After asking, I found out that it was the transfer security check. From there, I entered the airport departure area. I found the departure gate No. 11, and this hotel was opposite. The front desk gave me a room without windows, but it was fine just for taking a shower and sleeping. The room facilities were simple, but the bedding was comfortable, so I could have a good night's sleep.

It's safe because it's inside the airport. It's simple but sufficient. I'd like to use it again when I'm in transit.
