Hotel is very convenience. Lot of food around the hotel. Reception is so nice to call taxi for us in early morning.

All staffs so kind to any circumstance. So convenient to go any place of Incheon, nearly subway, bus, long distance bus... Above all so many food court, many kind of food...so good.

The location is a bit far from the entertainment area, but the room is quite big. I like the bathtub very much. There is also a clothes drying machine, but the lights are a bit dark and the underground is a bit old. The front desk's English skills are average, but you can check in early. It was originally Check-in is only available at 6 pm, but you can check-in at 2 pm on the same day. Overall, it is good, but it lacks location and hygiene.

I really like it. The room is very clean and warm. It would have been nice to have a styler next to the TV. There are a lot of shopping malls around, so you can hear some noise from outside when you sleep, but it's okay. It's very close to the Incheon terminal, so it's very easy to find and there are a lot of restaurants nearby, so it was great that the delivery came quickly!

I've been there more than ten times already and I'm very satisfied. I use it often. I like Guwol Hotel Bay, which I go to every time I go to Incheon.

The location is very good 🙆 The rooms are big and nice, but the service was sometimes not good. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but they didn't do it and just left the amenities there 😅 Other than that, it was good, so I think I'll use it again 😊

I use it every time. The location is convenient. There is no staff who can speak Japanese, but English is transmitted. It is far from Incheon Airport or Seoul, but it is convenient to play around Incheon.

Merits - Excellent access to Incheon Airport (2-3 train stops/10-15 mins) - Convenience store (CU), restaurants, and izakayas open late at night, all within walking distance - Clean and safe area - Cleanliness of the room and building - Amenities are like a business hotel in Korea. Minimum necessities are provided. Demerits - Hotel check-in is not in the lobby late at night, but in a separate building which is a little confusing. (Please note that the hotel itself is divided into several buildings and can be quite confusing if it is your first time.) This time, I used this hotel for the first time because I was returning home on an early morning flight! It was very convenient and everything was nearby, so I had no trouble! I was impressed that I arrived at the airport 20 minutes after waking up in the morning! For my last night! Highly recommended!

It's very good, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient, there is a street for eating and drinking around, the heating is very hot in winter, and the bathtub is also big, it is worth staying again, and the price/performance ratio is also good.
