Located across metro station but reception is on 3rd floor. One unfriendly staff among other very friendly ones in front desk. Zero amenities in room except a bar of soap, you need to pay extra. Small room with bed located awkwardly, making very difficult if two person stay together. You need to wash any dishes you use before checking out to avoid extra service charges. Too many rules for the room.

Well..we spent a night at Golden Tulip because our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for next day. It’s super convenient and just right next to the subway station Unseo. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping places near the hotel. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Will come visit again in the future.

Main complain hotel should publish their free shuttle service timetable from the airport to hotel or make sure airport information counters have this schedule. Arrive after 11pm and asked airport information where to get this shuttle and was given the run around or they guess wildly. Wasted at least half hour walked all over the huge Incheon airport trying to find the shuttle pickup. Finally decided to call hotel phone number to be told shuttle stopped before 11pm. Also your Accor hotel should have dedicated website locally instead of having to go through your worldwide website which restricted local information, biggest downside with Accor group hotels

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. Hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport by subway Check-in and check out were efficient. Hotel corridors were nice, but rooms were pretty bare and could be refurbished. They do not provide shampoo or body wash. The rooms were very hot. We opened the windows and it helped a bit. It was a decent place to stay for one night for the price. I’d book it again for an early morning flight. However, if I were staying more than one night, I’d probably choose another hotel.

1, Location is good, good view for ocean 2, No internet sometimes and can’t charge laptop and cell 3, Services are getting better last minute, still appreciate the good solution 4, Breakfast is okay ( if you don’t take the breakfast, you can’t get refund)

Informed hotel that it was our honeymoon and wife's birthday. Not expecting much but no ”extra” service was done. Booked a single bed room and was given room.with 2 beds, when I had the room ls switch our new room seemed a bit more dated. Rated as a 5 star but rooms were standard to a holiday inn/best western. Was a good place to stay for the Ultra Korea festival,, and we did find 4 x four leaf clovers in a single patch around the hotel.

We stayed there overnight for transit. It is a little quiet small hotel located around gate 10/11, you need to pass security check to access it.

Receptionist was kind enough to book us a taxi to the airport at 4AM. A lot of seafood restaurants near the hotel with a few convenience stores. 20 minute drive to Incheon Intl Airport
