I made the 1-night reservation the very same day as check-in, actually while I was at my departing airport (so there were rooms available same day at this hotel). Unfortunately, my flight was then canceled (not even more than a few hours after I booked this room) and there were absolutely no flight options to fly out that night.
I spoke with ******* who then contacted the hotel directly to ask for a refund. The hotel denied it. While I was still chatting with *******, I called the hotel myself, explained my flight was canceled, and they said they would contact the general manager to ask for approval. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I finally hung up and called back again. After another couple minutes of waiting, they inform me the general manager has not approved my cancellation and I will not be refunded my money. If rooms were sold out for weeks I would understand. Rooms were still available.
Terrible customer service.
