Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

Very clean… friendly staff! Breakfast is awesome! They offer a variety of options for breakfast with all the fixin’s!!!!

Always problems with elevators, upstairs hallways smell bad

It was a great experience, room was very nice, pool was perfect size.. great price for all that you got.

*Sheets stained/cigarette burn *Not enough seats for breakfast *Pool light floating with wires exposed *Intensionally firmly lodged rock proving side door open *Broken lock to exterior door to the pool *Loud fan noise from the air-conditioning unit when it is nit blowing cold air *not sure why this hotel is considered a "plus" - cheap pillows. The list goes on.

This hotel was part of a room block for a baseball tournament. Most of our team stayed here and it was not a pleasant experience for any of us. Many of us could get past some of the cosmetic issues with the hotel and the rudeness of the staff, but the overall safety of this hotel is a huge problem. Our team played late games and we weren't allowed to use the lobby for a team dinner (even after offering to clean it ourselves when finished), but they allow a homeless man to either sleep on a bench outside of the hotel or in the pool area in the evening. Also, there is a local bar that is within walking distance that had a mass stabbing on our last evening there. There is no safety in place at this hotel. Side doors are kept unlocked, front staff members are not visible in the evenings. I could go on and on with a myriad of other issues, but at the end of the day safety for yourself and your family should be a priority and this hotel does not offer that at all.

I've stayed here a couple of times, and this hotel gets every little thing right. It has a decent indoor pool and a solid breakfast, and everything was smooth in and out.

Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and we loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was great with a variety of hot selections and pastries

The lobby closed at 10 pm, which was fine until a man in a room near by us starting yelling at midnight. He sounded drunk, slurring words and speaking ineligibly as if he had to be heard across a canyon. Because their was no staff that we could find, our choice was to sit through it (for the hour and half it went on) or confront an obnoxious drunk ourselves in the middle of the night--which didn't seem too safe.

Great stay! No complaints. Hotel was clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Indy!
