"We changed our itinerary at the last minute to see the aurora borealis. We had originally booked two rooms on Ctrip, but in the end, only one could be confirmed. It's hard to say who was at fault. Then, there were no other hotels available on Ctrip or other Chinese platforms. The four of us nervously arrived at the hotel and checked into a triple room, thinking we could find another room later. Unexpectedly, the Russian receptionist was incredibly kind! She spoke a long string of words into a translator, and after a few seconds, the translator said: ”At least we can have a place to stay.” We realized she was willing to let all four of us stay, and then she added an extra bed for us. Later, she even helped us contact a local aurora hunter, also a Russian woman, much more reliable than the so-called ”Chinese people don't lie” guy we found the day before! We were also lucky enough to witness a major aurora event. Even when it was getting cold and we were getting back in the car to warm up, the dedicated hunter was still outside watching for the aurora, worried we might miss the even more beautiful moment after the changes. Meeting them really made us incredibly lucky. The hotel entrance is on a small hill and a little hard to find, but the rooms are clean and cozy, so feel free to stay there. Unfortunately, she was resting when we checked out, so we missed taking a group photo. Even two weeks after returning, she still teared up when she thought of the warmest experience in the snow town abroad."

"這家酒店，一入住就開了居住證明，這點很好。 就是一進房間就有一股很重的 應該是消毒水味。 酒店是沒有電梯的。 此行最貴的一家酒店，要不是azimut沒房了，也不會住這家，一千多一晚。過年期間都是中國人，可能摩爾的接待能力也有限。 這家酒店還可以煮點小食，我帶了2塊火鍋底料，非常愜意。 酒店的窗户可以打開，面相馬路的這一側，風景也挺美的 酒店樓下有門禁，刷卡才能進入的，否則要摁門鈴，還是挺安全的。這次是我一個女生solotrip ，適合選擇。就是有點太貴了"
