Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

Worst housekeeping / never had this bad experience from a chain hotel. Hotel is in good condition and location is ideal but staff was not helpful.

Good location but nothing special. The picture they use on Ctrip of the pool and palm trees is obviously fake

My go to hotel in Innsbruck, comfy room with nice views of the alps in Innsbruck. Location is quite central to go to Primark or the golden roof at Maria Theresa.

Loved the excellent location , near the train station and the main attractions ! Room was clean and with to-die views ! Staff were helpful ! Highly recommended!
