A stylishly refurbished old fashion hotel. Centrally located. Rooms are small but quiet, clean and brightly lit. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is slightly pricey but has a reasonable selection, served in a high ceiling cafe extension with pleasant waitresses. Staff are polite.

Because it is a relatively old hotel with a long history, the service is good. The doorplate 🔑 is too heavy and inconvenient to carry with you (after all, it is their specialty). There is no air conditioning in the room. Although the temperature is not very high, Innsbruck is cooler than other cities, but it is a bit stuffy indoors. The interior decoration is relatively old. The breakfast is not good, only bread, cheese, ham, coffee, and boiled eggs. As an old cafe, this kind of breakfast is quite disappointing! There is no luggage tag for luggage storage, just throw it directly in their luggage storage room (I don’t know if it is the same in Europe). The attitude of the employees is very good. We got a pair of headphones back, thank you very much!

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to the tourist sites and in a good location. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with hair still left in it. The door was also poorly made so water always leaked when you took a shower. It's a historic hotel, but to put it bluntly, it's old. The most disappointing thing is that there's no air conditioning. It was June, but it was unbearably hot. I don't think a fan would be enough in midsummer... The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The staff were also very friendly.

The service is very good. A young girl wearing glasses at the front desk is very helpful. The location is great, very convenient to the train station, supermarket, and shopping. Parking is available underground. Downstairs is the central cafe that I didn't drink in Vienna, so I made up for it here. Of course, without the architecture of Vienna, I just drank real coffee and looked at the classic desserts, which I will leave for next time. The facilities are a bit old, especially the chip lock has not been changed, and the key storage service is actually a bit inconvenient.

The room was amazing. It was very spacious, had a walk-in closet, and had two bathrooms. It was an extremely luxurious room. The front desk staff was also very kind. Breakfast at Cafe Central was delicious and had a wide variety of options. It was a short walk from St. Mary's Column, so the location was great. I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel's big key was impressive, haha! The service staff was nice. If you stay for two consecutive nights, you can get an Innsbruck Welcome Card that can be used for free transportation in the city. The hotel is very close to the central scenic street. The hotel has its own great restaurant. The staff also enthusiastically provided us with a kettle. Every day when I opened the window, I could see the snow-capped mountains. It was a great experience.
