Good stay, were there for a game in the Tivoli Stadion and for that it was perfect as it is only over the street near the stadion

Very soft poor pillows with no kettle in the room nothing at all poor breakfast 15€ parking no one to help with the bags

Hotel outside the center, related to the Hilton group and still under RENOVATION, requests for SUPPLEMENTS on arrival and PAID PARKING at €20 per night. Do the math carefully!!! I booked a room on Trip.com, but the hotel cancelled the reservation a few hours later while I was in transit and on the pretext that they no longer had the type of room requested available (basic room for 2 people). Realizing this at the last moment (on arrival in fact) I found myself without a pied-a-terre. So I asked for an explanation from the receptionist who gave me the previous reason. However, the hotel was clearly far from full that evening. And these rooms were available, but at a price higher than €40 by paying for an additional person, and without breakfast (supplement of €20/person). In summary, rooms very/too expensive to be far from the center, too many supplements to pay, far from the standing that one is entitled to expect from this type of hotel. They cancel reservations and do not respect their partners: travel agency and even less the customers My advice: go see elsewhere.

Tourists who are going to Innsbruck, please avoid this hotel. I first chose this hotel because of its new decoration. But when I entered the room and opened the toilet, I saw this scene in the picture. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never encountered a toilet that was not cleaned. Yes, the answer given by the front desk was that the cleaning staff was off duty. As the front desk, they were not responsible for cleaning, so they could only change to a room with a lower floor. The manager was given a way to contact me and I could make a complaint myself. The hotel's solution is very disappointing. Totally unworthy of a three-star hotel!

Bad review! Bad review! I booked a room, but I couldn't find the reservation when I arrived at the hotel. I had to find the reservation at one o'clock in the morning before I could stay. In the end, we didn't stay, and Ctrip still had to provide evidence and refused to refund. The hotel and Ctrip were playing ball against each other. Rubbish
