This hotel offers great comfort for travelers like us. The room is generously spacious and well-equipped. Conveniently located near a bus stop and not too far from Interlaken West Train Station, it made exploring easy. The receptionist even provided us with a free public transport pass within Interlaken. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very poor service and outdated hotel

Very, very shabby, I won't come again.

Not far from Interlaken West Station, less than 10 minutes walk, there is Chinese food downstairs, 10% discount, the taste is OK! The Indian food nearby is OK, but I didn't try the Korean food!

Very poor service. The short-haired woman at the front desk is obviously Chinese. She has the attitude of looking down on her own country. She smiles at foreigners but has a bad attitude towards Chinese people. It's ridiculous. Then why do we want to do business with Chinese people? ? There are vacancies everywhere, this hotel is hard to find, and the bathroom smells bad. We can't say anything else. As a front desk, there is no need to be so arrogant to Chinese people! Never come back!

The service attitude and location are good, but the hotel room is really bad. The pictures don't show how bad the sanitary conditions are. There were spider webs when we opened the window after we moved in. The price is not cheap either, which completely ruined my good mood for traveling in Switzerland these days.

The hotel room is very small, the bed sheet was torn twice. I spent 110 Swiss francs to add a bed to a mat on the floor. 2400 RMB a night is a rip off.

This hotel requires check-out before 11 am, which is extremely unreasonable!

The hotel is located in the center of the town. It is run by Chinese people. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant. It is a renovated old building. The room is not big, the sanitary conditions are average, there is a balcony, you can see the mountain view at night, very comfortable

The wifi is also ok. When you exit the door, turn right and there is a coop where you can buy some things. It is convenient. There is an Indian restaurant downstairs.

The sheets are clean. The receptionist is very nice, but the lobby is not well decorated.
