Exit B leads directly to a pedestrian shopping street, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The hotel is divided into a South Tower and a North Tower. The South Tower features rooms with a fully equipped kitchen – we're talking a real home kitchen setup, complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, and all necessary kitchenware. It's truly rare to find a high-end hotel offering such amenities.
What truly impressed me was their genuine recognition and treatment of elite members, even when booked through a third-party platform like Trip.com. For two guests, they provide a daily dining credit of CAD 24 per person (usable at their restaurants and eateries), complimentary Wi-Fi, and late check-out, among other perks. A special shout-out to Ms. Rosalie at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to best utilize our member benefits. "I stayed in Room 203, which was spacious and featured a relaxing Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchenette was well-equipped with cutlery, though the air conditioning unit was in a bit of an odd spot directly beside the headboard. While the hotel’s location is a plus—being tucked away from the main village noise and offering easy access to bus stops and Evo e-bike parking—the soundproofing within the building was a significant drawback. Because the room is located next to the housekeeping station and near the elevators, I could clearly hear staff working early in the morning, as well as hallway conversations and neighbors operating their Jacuzzi. I could even hear full conversations coming from some rooms while I was waiting for the elevator in the hallway. Additionally, for a 4-star property, I expected more amentities to be provided more than 3-star proper, e.g. slippers and things. And though the bed is soft, but somehow it’s not comfy for my body."

"This time, I stayed in a duplex room, and the overall sense of space and design was truly excellent. It was very comfortable to live in, and the view was great. However, the only slight drawback was that due to the duplex layout, the air conditioning didn't seem to circulate well to the upper floor, making it feel quite stuffy when sleeping upstairs. I suggest the hotel consider adding a circulating fan upstairs or enhancing the air conditioning system in the future, then the overall stay experience would be perfect!"

"Location was a bit far from main area. You'll need a car or take a bus ride.
The front desk/receptionist didn't tell me that we could park anywhere on the RIGHT side of the entrance gate at the check-in. We used the room key to open the left side of the entrance gate, which didn't open at all. After many times failed and finally, they call the maintenance person, and he told us that we could've parked anywhere on the right side of the entrance gate which front desk person didn't tell us at all. So that was frustrating, and it took us 1 hour to figure out.
The room was very clean and nice. We forgot toothpaste, but they brought it to us happily when we asked. so that was very delightful."

"The location is super convenient, just outside the main village of Whistler, and right next to the Whistler Golf Course driving range. It's within walking distance to the Whistler Gondola. There's a convention center, guest services, a supermarket, other hotels, and fast food nearby, so it's really handy.
We parked in the hotel's underground garage, which cost $27 a day. It was spacious and had Tesla fast chargers. The front desk had a paid coffee station with Nescafé capsule coffee for $2.50 a cup, and a vending machine, creating a nice little dining area that was quite comfortable. The lobby also had hanging basket swing chairs, which was a nice touch.
Front desk service was pretty good; they let us check in at 12:30 PM. The room looked clean and bright, simple yet elegant. It wasn't huge but had enough space for two people.
Whistler doesn't really have an off-season, so considering everything, this hotel offers excellent value for money."

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Guest UserThe room was spotless, and the ambiance, along with amenities like the fridge and snack bar, were perfect. Having a kitchen, table, and sofa made it feel like somewhere you could stay for multiple nights. It's conveniently located for visiting shops in Whistler Village or having dinner at a restaurant and returning. The nearby supermarket was also a plus.
The staff's service was adequate, but perhaps not overly attentive. In the room, you're greeted by plush toys made by an artist from Alberta, which you can purchase and take home if you like them. The only minor drawback was the cramped parking lot; it was quite a struggle to park, as there weren't any larger spots available at the time.
There's a trail nearby that leads to a lake. It was absolutely beautiful, and dipping my feet in the cold water felt wonderfully refreshing.

Conveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.
Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away.
The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with cooking facilities, and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff provided excellent service, being incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the delicious complimentary snacks. Plus, there's a charming little stream right by the hotel, perfect for taking photos.

I understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel.
Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway).
That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).

Beautiful room,full kitchen ,stove,oven,big refrigerator ,coffee maker,kettle,toaster,microwave oven,dish washer,big tub,large dinning room table,air condition was on and room cool,refrigerator was on and cool.Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰

The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
