"The room is very clean and the room is big! Separate wet and dry! The boss and waiters are both Tibetans! Communication needs to be clear and direct! Great attitude. Breakfast is a simple meal and there is no restaurant in the hotel! Delivered to the room.
The location is obvious. It's just on the roadside, just navigate there.
There is an elevator, so you can adapt to high altitude. Very practical! Very heartwarming.
We stayed for two days. Due to facilities problems, the hot water stopped several times, but the boss actively solved it! The hotel is new and needs to be updated.
The power supply in Aba Town needs to be upgraded, and there are power outages.
Warm reminder, when deodorizing or clearing the room, it is best to have no smell! Ventilation is the best method.
We checked in at the end of May, so the floor heating stopped and the hotel had no air conditioning. Fortunately, it doesn't feel very cold.
The hotel is more than 40 kilometers away from Lianbao Yeze Scenic Area.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the oxygen supply due to the high altitude—definitely a unique feature that made my stay more pleasant.

❗️Service: The front desk staff was shocked when they saw us bringing dogs in and reminded us that dogs are not allowed to check in. However, I consulted the hotel front desk staff four days in advance. The front desk staff said that dogs can be checked in, so I booked the hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel that day, we were told no. After a heated discussion, the front desk staff said that dogs could be brought in. It's a satisfactory solution. Regarding the lack of professional service capabilities of the front desk staff, the staff did not communicate in advance how to handle the situation of bringing pets in. Business communication needs to be strengthened in the later stage."

"Take the children and the elderly out. I booked a 3-person room at the VIP hotel, but it turned out to be a suite. The mattress is very soft and comfortable to sleep on, and the sheets and bedspreads are pure cotton and fit the skin. "Choosing to stay at the Aba Shengsheng InterContinental Hotel during my trip to Aba completely exceeded my expectations. The room window offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The first rays of sunlight illuminated the snow-capped peaks in the morning, and the evening sun cast a golden glow on the mountains.
As a newly built hotel in the high-altitude region, the facilities here were very thoughtful. The underfloor heating in the room was very warm, and the humidifier balanced the dryness of the heating. They even thoughtfully provided an oxygen concentrator, allowing me to sleep peacefully and alleviating altitude sickness.
Finally, I must commend the hotel's service, especially the manager, Mr. Yin. From check-in to check-out, Mr. Yin's personal and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. He was not only warm and attentive but also very attentive to detail, providing timely and considerate assistance with everything from itinerary suggestions to daily needs. This human touch transformed this trip from a simple accommodation into a warm memory.
In short, this is more than just a hotel; it's a warm home away from home for travelers in Aba. Whether it's the stunning natural scenery, the incredibly comfortable facilities, or the warm service that surpasses even five-star standards, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends visiting Aba. "The hotel is very new, the hardware is in good condition, there is floor heating, the room is large, it is definitely one of the best choices in Aba County, pet friendly, these are the reasons for my choice.
Inadequate: laundry is very inconvenient. We were replaced by someone in the baking of the simple dryer and the door was opened, and the room card could not open the laundry floor, resulting in eight laundry rooms running back and forth.
Breakfast until 9 o'clock, and the hotel positioning does not match, now a slightly better hotel is until 10 o'clock or even 10:30.
The overall experience is good, I hope it will be better to improve the bug!"

GGuest UserThe service attitude of the two girls at the front desk of the hotel was superb and helpful. I was unwell late at night. One of them took the initiative to take a taxi for me. The other insisted on accompanying us to the hospital and assisting in contacting. I was grateful.
The intimateness of the hotel staff is the most intimate of the passengers, always unforgettable, will definitely stay again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the main road of the county town. It has its own garage. The hotel is run by three ******* brothers and opened this year. It has its own elevator. The room is quite large and well decorated. It is clean and tidy without any odor. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a smart toilet and plenty of hot water. The owner is very enthusiastic. There are restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The window is opposite to the Gelug Monastery. My wife had a little altitude sickness, and the owner sent the oxygen machine directly to the room. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending.

It didn’t take long to open, but the room had no smell, the environment was elegant, the parking was convenient, and there was a historical temple behind. It seemed to be called Gedeng Temple. It was more unexpected that they could drink coffee on the top floor upstairs and punch in. The breakfast was very rich. I don’t want to go out and I can order food. I have stir-fried snacks. I love it. I recommend it.
