"I definitely made the right choice booking this hotel! Not only is the environment great, but the security guard, Fu Chuangang, was also incredibly helpful. "The complimentary upgrade from the king room to the executive suite was 55 square meters and featured four windows for ventilation. The hotel staff were considerate of guests with sensitive skin, taking into account their high demands for air circulation. "Traveling with my parents, I was most worried about them not being comfortable sleeping. Thankfully, the mattresses here were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and my folks absolutely loved them. The bathroom had non-slip flooring, which made showering feel very safe. We're heading home soon, and I can honestly say the thoughtful service and environment here are definitely worth recommending to friends and family."

"This time I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Bazhong. The experience really exceeded expectations. I must give a big praise!
The hotel is in a good location, just by the river. The river view room I stayed in has a great view and can enjoy the charming river view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is spacious and bright, the design is modern and warm, and the Shuda mattress is super comfortable, which makes me sleep well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, clean and hygienic.
Especially to praise the hotel's service, from the front desk check-in to the room service are warm and thoughtful, just entering the room to send welcome fruit, people feel at home. The breakfast is also very rich, with all Chinese and Western dishes. Free parking and laundry are also available, making it easy for self-driving travelers.
In general, this hotel is very cost-effective, whether it is hardware facilities or software services are impeccable, I will definitely choose here next time I come to Bazhong!"

"First off, I have to say the service at this hotel was exceptional, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. They were all incredibly helpful in resolving any issues we had. My only gripe is with Trip.com – if you're going to offer free breakfast, just give it for both days! It was bizarre to only get one serving per room per day. Or at least let us redeem it with points. The description on their page was also very unclear, which led to some misunderstandings between us, the front desk, and the breakfast staff. However, they handled it beautifully, and even left us a gift in our room when we returned on the second afternoon – a huge thank you to them again! When we checked in, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and two technicians came twice to fix it, eventually getting it sorted. My final suggestion for the hotel management would be to upgrade the room infrastructure; the materials felt a bit on the weaker side, especially for a Holiday Inn. On the upside, the location is fantastic, connected directly to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient."

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful throughout my long stay for work. They were able to assist me with all my issues.
The food for breakfast was awesome and delicious, with a lot of varieties. They also have free flow coffee and tea - which made my day everyday. 😍
The facilities were perfect - gym and washer dryer.
Able to handle my laundries fast too.
The rooms are very clean with daily cleaning service. Good aircond, TV, internet and sound proofing.
Safe place to stay.
There are many stores down for food.
Located nearby many attraction places.
Definitely worth a stay including foreigners!

The room was clean and tidy. The riverside king-size room had a great environment and a wide view. The front desk lady, Ms. Zhang Wei, was very friendly and provided a fruit plate upon check-in. She also introduced the culture and geography of Bazhong, recommended delicious food, and even upgraded her king-size room for free. This is commendable. The hotel's breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied.

I absolutely loved the hotel I booked this time. A day in advance, a dedicated butler contacted us to issue the scenic area vehicle passes. Upon arrival, the butler, staff member Wang Qiang, manager Liu Lin, and restaurant owner were all incredibly warm and attentive. Since we had a large group with many children, we inevitably had a few requests, constantly asking for this and that, but they responded proactively and promptly. The cleaning staff were also very prompt and proactive, even cleaning thoroughly when we weren't around, ensuring minimal disruption. Most importantly, the room environment was fantastic. Every morning, waking up felt like being surrounded by mist, nestled in the mountains and forests. The children had a wonderful time and could play freely. The hotel staff even did a live stream of the room's features, showing how friendly their work environment was. After visiting Guangwu Mountain, there are two other scenic spots within the area: Lianghekou and Micang Ancient Road. The hotel facilities are highly automated, the furniture is new, and the decor is very stylish. I definitely want to go again next autumn to admire China's premier autumn foliage. Highly recommended!!!

Decent Hotel in a small town. Cleaniness could be improved as bedsheets were not changed even upon request (our toddler stained the sheets a little). Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. Generally one of the better hotel to stay if you are an international traveller.

The hotel is in a good location. There are two large shopping malls nearby, Wangfujing Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, where you can find everything you need to eat, drink and have fun. I often stay here. Du Qin in the hotel is very nice and very welcoming. She often says hello when she meets someone from far away. It feels like coming home. You can see the river view in the room, which is very beautiful. A good choice for Days Hotel [strong][strong]

AxueerThe room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay.

YangguangwujiaThe rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop.
