The front desk was very considerate. When I checked in, I was informed in advance that they had received a group of tour groups. Only the side of the twin room facing the road was left, and the sound insulation was not very good. I didn't expect the sound insulation to be so bad. "The hotel's decor is unique, with geometric lines creating a strong industrial feel, and the wall ornaments are dazzling and beautiful. All room controls, such as turning on the TV, opening curtains, and turning off lights, are done via a tablet. Each window has an air inlet with an independent switch. On the first night, there was a strange noise, which I initially thought was a mouse. However, the room was very clean, and it wasn't until I called a staff member that I understood what it was. The only downside was that the temperature was too high and couldn't be lowered. It's a bit of a shame there's no intercom system. The large bathtub was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes. The outdoor lighting of the hotel is also beautiful, making it a great spot for Instagram-worthy photos. There are also ancient bricks and tiles, either collected or reproduced by the owner, with exquisite patterns that are worth seeing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended."

The pillows weren't very comfortable, and the room was extremely cold without the air conditioning on. The air conditioning blew very strong air, making the room very dry; I suggest adjusting the main unit. There was a lot of dust on the clothes rack, windowsill, and display table, likely due to the dark furniture making the dust appear more noticeable. Perhaps changing the cleaning cloths would be helpful, as cleanliness is important. There's an underground parking garage, and it's located in a relatively central location. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money.

I hope your hotel will solve it quickly, after all, the weather is getting hotter and hotter... As for the front desk service's suggestion to open the window to cool down, it is better not to suggest it in the future. If mosquitoes, rats, and ants come in and bite the guests, it is also asking for trouble, let alone thieves, so don't suggest it like this... As for the service and facilities, I gave it four stars because the glass of the hotel door was wiped too clean... There is no sign yet, and the linen delivery car just blocked the main door. When I went out, I hit the glass, which was so painful... My head was stunned... My nose bridge was a little painful later, and my lips were also broken. I was sitting next to it at the time. The lobby service staff also came to ask, but they didn't get close. They asked from a distance... Actually, there is really no need to worry about anything. It is okay to come over and ask. ZhuhuayuThe hotel is not far from the pedestrian street. Parking is available in the small courtyard behind the hotel, but there are not many parking spaces. We can park four cars. We are parked in front of the hotel doorstep. It does not affect the road vehicle traffic. The reception lady said that you can stop without fines. The lady is very warm and friendly. There are three cute kittens in the reception hall. It is very convenient to have an elevator upstairs. The room is hygienic. We have brought a pet puppy. We are very friendly to pets and do not charge pet management fees. This is great!

I've stayed here several times, the price is right, the hygiene is okay, and the lighting is a bit dim. The air conditioner can't keep up the temperature in winter, and the surrounding shopping malls are over 500 meters away. Shengfang Station is ten kilometers away and can be reached by taxi in more than 20 minutes.

Guest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
