The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; even when it was freezing outside, the indoor temperature remained as warm as spring. "No one told me the Guanshan family room was this good! We arrived at night and when I opened the curtains the next morning, I was stunned. You can lie in bed and watch the pink hues of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains.' My kid just rolled out the door to play in the snow. The entire camp is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, perfect for a morning photo op! I highly recommend the space capsule rooms; the Planet Comfort rooms aren't as good. Breakfast caters to inland tastes."

The hotel service was excellent; the gentleman at the entrance saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively helped me with it. After checking in, a kind lady also assisted with taking my luggage to the room and proactively explained the hotel services. They even thoughtfully provided hot mineral water in the elevator area, which was a nice touch. It's a fantastic hotel!"

The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

GGuest UserSpecial price room, exceeded expectations. It’s much better than living in Yunshang opposite ten days ago. It was beyond my expectation. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Because the hotel I stayed at the day before didn't send me the information and I didn't know the phone number, he checked again and again, got on the phone, helped me send me the information, and checked me in.
