"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

The courtyard is quiet and charming, and there's virtually no new-construction odor. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, countertops were free of water stains, and the bedding was clean and fresh. All amenities were neatly arranged. 🛏 Facilities: The entire property features brand-new equipment. Smart lighting and electric curtains operated smoothly. The bathroom fixtures and appliances were high quality. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel showed great thoughtfulness by providing children's toiletries. The staff were gentle, polite, and handled check-in efficiently, responding promptly to any issues. Special thanks to Lu Ye, Xin Yi, Ye Huan, and An He. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to both adults and children. Its proximity to the east gate of Saihu made getting around easy, and the environment was quiet and elegant. After a tiring journey, staying here was truly relaxing and comfortable. We'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips with the kids and sincerely recommend it to other families traveling with children."

Hotel location is good to find, parking is sufficient, driving to the surrounding attractions is particularly convenient. The front desk lady is gentle, the check-in efficiency is very high, and she also took the initiative to recommend local delicious restaurants and play routes to us, especially intimate.
The room was cleaned very meticulously, the floor, sink, and bedding were clean and there was no smell. The mattress is just soft and hard, the sound insulation is very good, and the night is quiet and not noisy. There is plenty of hot water, air conditioning and network operation are very smooth.
The public area is clean and tidy, the overall environment is comfortable and atmospheric, whether it is a family trip or a friend to live together, the price is very high, next time you come to Bole to live here, I really recommend it to all tourists!"

JuliaThis hotel was a highlight of our Xinjiang trip! Every area of the room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Layla provided exceptional service, even proactively offering tips for exploring the scenic area. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea and late-night congee/supper options – truly thoughtful service. A few days after checking out, I realized I might have left some clothes in the lobby. I contacted Layla, and she quickly located them for us and promptly arranged for SF Express to ship them. So grateful! 🥹

Guest UserThe service was incredibly attentive, and the owner was exceptionally warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. Parking was convenient, and the surroundings were quiet and pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean, with smart home features that added to our comfort. Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk even offered special afternoon tea, ginger tea, and coffee. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!
The complimentary travel photoshoot was a pleasant surprise; the photographer, I believe named Xiangye Muyun, was very professional. We initially just wanted to try it out and get the three free photos, but the shots taken at Sayram Lake were all absolutely stunning, making it incredibly hard to choose. We ended up selecting many more, and they even gave us a discount. Highly recommended!

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

Highly recommended hotel/campsite! It boasts a great location, just a 10-minute drive from the East Gate of Sayram Lake if there's no traffic. It's also very convenient to drive to nearby shops (KFC, supermarket, etc.). The camp's scenery is absolutely picture-perfect. Upon check-in, a staff member drove a small luggage cart to help deliver our bags to our room. Our room type featured a starry sky roof (which you can open to see the stars on a clear day, though it was cloudy during our stay so we didn't see them), underfloor heating, and air conditioning. The toiletries were of good quality. There's plenty of parking, and electric vehicles can charge (one of them is a fast charger). Breakfast was exceptionally rich and delicious. All in all, I highly recommend it!!!

crazygillianOn our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping.
You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her!
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

y3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the amenities are complete. It's convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset, and you can see the starry sky just above – what a beautiful place!

Special price room, exceeded expectations. It’s much better than living in Yunshang opposite ten days ago. It was beyond my expectation. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Because the hotel I stayed at the day before didn't send me the information and I didn't know the phone number, he checked again and again, got on the phone, helped me send me the information, and checked me in.
